    Hello, my recent experience with Plaza Ford has been terrible and what I believe to be borderline criminal. My check engine light came on and I brought my 2016 Ford F150 3.5L Echo Boost Twin Turbo with 226,000 miles to Plaza Ford to be looked at. I've owned my truck since it was new and take exceptional care of it. Upon arrival, I spoke with Amanda (service advisor). They took my truck in the back to run a diagnostic and also for an oil change. After a few hours they called me and told my my truck needed a new solenoid and catalytic converter. They also recommended I have my coolant flushed and a tune up. I told them to do the work but they stated if would take a few days to get the parts so I could pick my truck up and just drop it back off two days later when the parts are in. So when I picked up my truck they told me they changed the oil and did the diagnostic total of $255 for that service. The remaining total for everything else would be $2150. I paid and took my truck. Dropped it back off two days later for the work. It took them two days and they stated the work was completed. I picked my truck and drove home. Truck drove fine at the moment. The next day (memorial Day weekend) I was out and my truck began to over heat. I pulled into a Walmart lot and when I popped the hood there was no coolant visible in the tank. I let the truck cool and put a gallon in purchased at walmart. I observed no leaks or anything when I filled it. Drove home and the coolant cycled and the tank was low so I added another gallon. The truck then took another 3/4 gallon for a total of 2 3/4 gallon. The truck hold 3 gallons. My belief was they forgot to add coolant after the flush. I called them tuesday morning about this issue. I was basically told they don't think they forgot to add it but they would look at it for free. I dropped my truck off and they called and said my turbo was bad and my coolant line to the turbo was leaking (all lies). Outofofspace

    The Plaza Ford Body Shop employees are pleasant, but I would not suggest them for bodywork. I sent off my car on a Monday and was told it will be ready on Thursday, but that never happened. They informed me that they were awaiting parts and that my vehicle would be ready the following Monday. When I contacted them on Monday, I was told that the manager is on vacation and that they didn't have my file. When I asked if they had my phone number, they couldn't confirm. That's quite pitiful. When I brought my car in before turning over the keys, I wanted to point out something that the images didn't capture when I was taking photos and sending them to the insurance company, so there was no excuse to say to me, "We are waiting on parts."
