    On June 26, 2023 I gave a deposit for an air conditioning unit to this company of which I have been a client for 30 years, directly to ************************* by *******. A unit was promised by ************************ by a contract. She made an appointment for June 29th to install the unit by 9am. I was told the unit was waiting to be loaded in their truck. Waited whole day with no response after several phone calls and text messages. Meanwhile I missed a very important paid professional development class due to waiting around. I was told that they will now come on Saturday to install meanwhile I was without any air conditioning with a heat advisory. Saturday no one showed up meanwhile I missed a wedding that I was coordinating and had to re-assign to another company, loosing money for my business. She apologized and scheduled for delivery for another day with no show. They did put in some ***** to keep system running. By this time I am out of $3,493 from my work/business. July 6th she orders another unit without me giving her an ok on it, the unit was not what I had asked for. Communication has been a significant issue with the company. Then my step son got in a severe accident and we´ve been in the hospital ever since early July. I asked for my deposit back because I still do not have an air condition unit and I´ve been given the run around ever since. She promises that she will contact me by 5pm on a specific day and a week goes by and no contact. I am working 2 jobs and spend nights at ICU . The whole process has left me frustrated. Its amazing to be a client for 30 years and be treated this way. I lost money from my job, my son has lost money from his company for us spending days waiting for a unit to be installed and them not responding to any communication. It has been 3 months of going back and forth. I just read the other complaint another client left on here and I totally sympathize with him. Businesses should not be run like this. I am still waiting for my deposit, not to even mention all the money I have lost due to their inability to deliver an air conditioning unit, scheduling and rescheduling installation appointment. I will not recommend them to anyone!
