    I have been getting the run around for over a week. I purchased a sofa bed and an ottomon but the order number was written down wrong and I received the wrong. I refused delivery and I'm not waiting for the cancelation. I just want the furniture canceled with no hidden charges so I can enjoy the holidays.

    The sales process was excellent. They adjusted prices to meet the Ashley prices at Ft. *******************. The only problem was we were quoted 2-6 weeks for delivery. We made a very large purchase for our new home and needed the furniture. At the 8 week **** I stopped in and had a conversation and they arranged to have the furniture they had in the wear house delivered and the remaining when it came in. Upon delivery, we found one dining room chair chair was uneven and rocked. I spoke to them and sent a video. They ordered the replacement and delivered it two weeks later. Overall, they were helpful and pleasant to deal with.

    I recently had a very frustrating experience with Ashley Furniture.Initially, I visited the store hoping to find better pricing, but the in-store offers were the same as what I found online. I decided to make my purchase online on October 14.The next day, I received a call from the **********, ** location about a special promotion on October 16, which included no tax and free delivery. I asked if I could cancel my online order to take advantage of this offer, and they assured me I could cancel and that they would honor the price I had received in-store (I even have a photo of the quote).However, when I tried to cancel online, I encountered errors, so I called customer service. The representative was friendly but informed me that he needed to call another number to process the cancellation. Unfortunately, that number was closed for the day, and I was advised to wait until the next day. He did provide the number in case I wanted to call myself, but I found the situation very frustrating. It felt like a foreign call center, and I couldnt help but feel let down by the company.The next morning, I called the provided number only to find out that my cancellation request hadnt been received. They said they would process it, but once I received an email, I would need to call another number to request my refund. I reached out to the Somerville store again,After a lengthy and frustrating call lasting over *************************************************************************************** the current promotiondespite my earlier assurances. At one point, they even hung up me.We all work hard for our money, and I did my research to find quality and price, trying to take advantage of sales and promotions. Buying a dining set is not an everyday purchase, and now Im left with no furniture and over $2,000 charged to my credit card, plus the added stress of needing to call again for my refund.

    This review is directed at the Ashley Store, ******************************************************The customer service at both headquarters and ********************************* has been unacceptable. We purchased a sectional here for $2,350. The initial delivery went fine, and the sectional fit through our doors. However, we later decided to switch its layout from Left Arm Facing (LAF) to Right Arm Facing (RAF), and thats when everything went wrong.The team assigned to pick up the sectional was scheduled for 37 PM but didnt arrive until 10:30 PM. They also came unprepared, lacking tools, so I had to lend them my own. While moving the sectional, they accidentally broke my window, which I didnt notice until days later because the frame of the door looked fine and looks there they cause a stress crack on my window. When I reported it, Ashleys refused responsibility, saying it was too late to file a report.On the third delivery attempt, the crew insisted the sectional wouldnt fit, despite it fitting through the same doorway before. The sectional frame measures 28 inches, and our door is 31.5 inches wide. I tried explaining, but the team, who didnt speak English, insisted otherwise, forcing us to communicate through ****** Translate. They eventually attempted to bring it in but forced it through, ripping the fabric, then blamed us, calling it undeliverable, even though it had previously fit.After multiple escalations, months later, I still dont have the sectional I paid for, and my window is still broken. When we called the Nashua store, we got the same unhelpful responses. Today, they even hung up on us.This experience has been unacceptable and reflects poorly on Ashleys business practices.

    I am deeply frustrated with my recent experience at Ashley Store. I purchased furniture on September 1, 2024, and paid the full amount of $2,222.39 upfront with a promised delivery date of October 9, 2024, or earlier. Since then, the delivery date has been repeatedly delayed—first to mid-October, then to the end of October, and now indefinitely into November. Each time, I was told the delay was due to "manufacturing issues," but I’ve received no proactive communication from Ashley Store or meaningful updates. Despite multiple calls, there has been no resolution or offer of compensation for the inconvenience. After paying in full over two months ago, I expected much better service and communication. Ashley Store’s failure to deliver on their promises and the lack of urgency in resolving this issue is disappointing.

    Complaint Regarding Defective Merchandise and ************ from Ashley Furniture Freehold, ** Dear New Jersey Residents, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. On August 3, 2024, my spouse and I purchased a full bedroom set from this store, totaling $3,900, which included tax and white glove delivery which was anything but white glove. The payment was debited from my account on August 5, ******** merchandise was finally delivered on August 29, 2024, two weeks after the initially promised delivery date. Upon receiving the furniture, we noticed a significant defect with the bedframe and mattress support. Specifically, the support legs under the bedframe are approximately 2-3 inches too short and do not touch the floor. As a result, the mattress lacks proper support, causing it to sag and make noise whenever it is used. This defect renders the bed entirely unusable.Since receiving the furniture, we have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Ashley Furnitures customer service. Unfortunately, the service we received has been unacceptable. Most of the customer service representatives are based outside of *****************, making communication difficult. In our many hours spent on the phone with them, the only resolution theyve offered is a partial refund of a couple hundred dollars, which is inadequate given that the entire bedroom set is faulty and cannot be used.We have been extremely patient and understanding throughout this process, but it is now October 2024, and we still do not have a usable product despite having paid in full two months ago. We are deeply frustrated by the lack of proper customer service and a satisfactory resolution.

    Bad business practices! I purchased my leather couch, chair, and coffee table from this **********, ** location in July. I was told by the sales associate, **** ***** that everything will be delivered in a of couple weeks except the coffee table. **** said that the coffee table is a back order but it should be delivered with in a few weeks. I had been waiting for the coffee table until the mid August with no updates. I called **** a few times and texted a couple time with no answer. He finally answered his phone in late August and told me that the coffee table would not be available until October. He did not inform me this information when I made a purchase. I told him that I cant wait that long and asked if he can cancel the order for me, which he said yes. To my surprise, the store called me today (10/07/24) and asked me when I would like the order to be delivered. I told the lady (Latik) that my order supposed to be canceled per ****, but she said No. She refused to help me fix this issue and told me to call a 3rd party company. I asked to speak with the Store Manager, ***** ***** but was told that he was busy. I called the 3rd party company at *** but the company is closed. I am now stuck with the coffee table that I have no need, I do not know what to do at this point. The coffee table is about $500 plus delivery fee. I will not recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone.

    I have bought many rooms of furniture from *****'s over the years. In 2022 I purchased a new dining room table and 6 chairs. It was highly recommended to us that we include the 5 year Accident Protection Plan that would cover scratches and accidentals. So we did as advised. Now in 2024 I have called them twice for scratches however was told they are not covered. I also reported that when we remove the leaf insert we are unable to close the table all the way. Which is not covered. I am not sure who I am more disappointed with Ashley for suggesting such a plan exists or Protect All - ****************. I know better in the future not to get caught up in the hype and will stay away from buying from Ashley's. We were told at the time of purchase by Ashley's if we decided to cancel the plan we could and get a refund. I placed a call to Ashley's this morning to cancel the policy and was told we would get a store credit. the ****** refund wouldn't even pay for an end table.

    I bought a couch from this location during Labor Day, this was a 3 piece Couch, we measured it and it was 5 inches smaller than my old couch. When delivery time came the *** said off the bat this wont fit. We ensured him it would. He would not try, he would not even let me see the couch or the paper work. We argued that my old couch was bigger! But they refused. I called the store and spoke to the manager who started screaming at the delivery *** and then hung up on me. She never called me back. I had to call back repeatedly and their attitude was poor. The delivery man brought the couch to my front door damaged my hallway, and stood there with his arms crossed across his chest while my husband tried alone to get the couch in. Then he got in his truck and left with my couch. When i requested them they bring it back they told me they cant. Until it reaches their warehouse again and we would have to set up yet another delivery date. They told me they would send me new furniture to look at. They told me itd been classified as a no fit or if i want to keep it i would have to use an outside company and pay an extra 450$ to take it apart and set it up. Everyone washed their hands of this. No one is returning phone calls. I have requested a full refund at this point and will never shop at Ashleys again.
