    Rude and Unprofessional. ******* hung up on me twice when I called to ask why my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for a month later TWENTY minutes before my scheduled time. She started off the call ready to fight with me and before the second time she hung up on me said “ youre fired”. Not sure what ****** ****** apprentice had to do with anything but she said it several times. She also stated “ why do you care your appointment was rescheduled. You rescheduled several times”. I in fact rescheduled once and gave them 2 days notice. I would never be so rude as to only give twenty minutes notice. The reasoning I was given varied greatly between what the secretary told me at 7am as I fought traffic to get there on time vs what ******* told me. The initial reasoning was that I am nervous and the vet was going out of town this weekend and wouldn’t be available to answer my questions. Now the surgery was supposed to be on a Tuesday with my pet coming home on Wednesday. If anything was to happen it would happen in the first two days so the weekend wouldn’t be a big issue. Secondly if I was nervous shouldn’t they have asked if I felt ok not having the vet around to answer questions over the weekend? when I used this vet before she never answered my texts and I had to speak to the night nurse. When I called or emailed it was never answered timely. And it was only once but it took repeat emails to get the original, answered. So really I wouldn’t be able to ask her any questions over the weekend even if she was around. And I’m not sure how emailing ONCE with questions makes me nervous. Or even rescheduling ONCE makes me nervous. When I asked if this was being held against me she said no. But then followed up with why do you care. So clearly it was. I guess I was the first and only client to ever ask questions. And a professional would never hang on clients twice. Very rude.
