Moyer & Sons Moving was as good an experience as we could have hoped for. Starting with *** and then working with ****** and **** the driver and crew was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge, experience and customer service helped relive a very stressful situation and I highly recommend them for anyone looking at moving companies. A great experience

This was as close as I have ever come to just pressing a button and having the entire move done. Last year (2023), I hired Moyer *************** to coordinate, pack, move, and unpack my mother's belongings from one independent living facility to another. From the get go, they were terrific. They were clear in all their communications and estimates, and the final cost was below the bottom of their estimate range. The move management part added about 50% to the cost of the move (which was clear in the estimate), and was well worth it. They basically took care of everything that did not require a Power of Attorney, including coordinating with both properties. That left me free to focus on the myriad items that only I, as my Mom's POA, could take care of. The move manager they assigned had worked in senior care before going to work for Moyer, so she worked well, and hit it off with my Mom, significantly reducing my Mom's concerns and anxiety. A five-star experience from start to finish, and I would give them six stars if I could.

We contracted with Moyer and Sons to come pack up half of our household and ship it up To ******, where we thought we were going to be for one year. The other half of our household which included about ***** lbs of antique furniture, glassware, *****, more glassware, and dishes were put in storage for us. The one year turned into 5 years as we moved from ****** down to ******* and back to ****** again. When we finally got our household goods. My wife ound all her angst and worrying was for not, as she found that it was almost perfect just a few minor things from the 5 years in storage. The moving crew did a beautiful job of unpacking and setting up our stuff and showed my wife that there is very little effect on our goods for 5 years. Thanks Moyer and Sons We could not be more pleased with the service you provided and the care took with our goods on both moves. Dealing with ******************************* was the most unprofessional experience I have had with a move company. She effectively promotes her expertise to a vulnerable population (the elderly) but within one week of a move date and with the exception of the move date itself, a clear course of action to purge, pack and move and associated dates were still not communicated, nor had any services been provided. With my most prized possession - my mom - I was relying on Moyers services to lead us through one of the lifes hardest transitions but the lack of attentiveness to the project only added to the anxiety, both hers and mine. This led me to also question the value of the services for the high price. And after a disappointing response from ****** to several email inquiries, I ended up termination the engagement and using another much more responsive company. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend ****** and Moyer Move Mgmt to anyone for anything.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. We used Moyer and Son’s for our move and another family member in the same month. From the first meeting with Evan to get an estimate through the final item being unloaded the entire experience was nothing but exceptional. The crews for both moves to great care preparing the areas for the move as well as treating our belongings like they were their own. We highly recommend to all of our friends and family!
