STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Company put a roof on my home in Atlanta. Leaks began within a few months. Company did send a roofer out to repair major leak but company said repair was only temporary and the were NOT responsible when it leaked again. Second major leak involved rotting wood under their shingles. Company refused to fix. Their "50 year" warranty is virtually worthless.

The leak you’re experiencing is coming from a preexisting ventilation pipe on your roof, which was not part of the work we completed. However, we fully understand the inconvenience this has caused. As part of our commitment to customer care, we promptly sent someone out to inspect and provide temporary relief, even though replacing metal pipes like this typically falls under HVAC services rather than our scope of work. One day Roofing did a terrible job.Two years ago they installed a roof on my house.I have had more leaks than I had at first.They sent a group of Mexicans who spoke no English or pretended not to do I could ask no questions.I am am am elderly woman who has not been able to get in touch with anyone since and left with a twenty thousand dollar bill.Please do your research and don't get fast talked and taken advantage of like I did unfortunately.

I talk to Eric G****** about doing my roof. I had a leak in the back room that was getting worse with every rain. This was leading to black mold to appear and with my lung issues (on oxygen 24/7) was not a good thing. We talked over an hour, with him looking at satellite picture of my roof. I have a messed-up roof design where a small part is almost flat. He said that the water "ponds" there. Meaning it puddles and doesn't go anywhere. He informed me that I needed a special membrane to go over that area, so the water and ice doesn't leak through. He also said he would send me a check for $300 (out of his own account) to help in the monthly cost for 5 months because I was on such a tight income (SSD), giving me time to get my money in line. When I called him about my roof still leaking, he said he would send someone out to take a look at it. Several weeks went by before anyone showed up. They informed me that the leak was coming from the old chimney and that was not in the contract as it was not on their side of the roof they installed, inches away from the back side of the roof line. Needless to say, I did call in a local roofer to fix the old chimney, and that was when I found out that it was just backing paper on that flat part of the roof and where the water was indeed still getting in. They used a long sales pitch to ware me down, promised money to help, they did not finish the job, but called it complete. I would have paid extra for them to fix the chimney issue as long as it fixed the leak. I do feel they owe me some compensation for having to call in someone else to fix what they wouldn't. In hindsight I should have just gone with local trades people. I called Eric back because I still had the leak after they had "finished" my roof. took them several weeks to come back to find out what it was. they said it was coming from my chimney and that they would not repair it because it was on the half of the roof they did not do.
