    THE NASTIEST most distasteful management in a customer service environment that I have EVER experienced. They are price gouging with various different brands. Also, REFUSING to accept coupons based off of made up rules and regulations. When approached, management was rude and inconsiderate. Lastly, other employees were taunting and unhelpful. THIS CHERRY HILL location is a disgrace!!!

    Buyers beware. I have made two purchases that I 100% regret and now I'm out of over $50 with NO refund. I purchased a set of 4 chairs and 3 of the 4 chairs have violently crumbled under members of my family and sent us catapulted in the worst way. The second purchase was a television which I was told ONLY after purchase there is no exchange no refund. Do you think I would be buying a TV here if I had the money to go anywhere else. An enhance for the TV would've been the right thing to do. This place is so so very wrong

    I rarely leave reviews, but unfortunately I am so upset with my recent (over the past 1.5 years) visits to your store that I feel obligated to warn others to completely skip this location altogether. I used to shop here weekly and spend lots of money each visit. However, the prices have steadily increased to an insulting level. It genuinely seems they have forgotten what the business model of a thrift store is, considering their merchandise is used and was donated for free. Why does this business think it is appropriate to charge retail prices for used, stained, damaged, ugly, out of style, and fast-fashion pieces. The prices on every single item are OVER DOUBLE what they should be. If items were priced appropriately, your sales would increase and your customers would actually be happy. I would shop here again and spend money. I over hear other customers saying the same thing. Also, the daily sales have recently become a bust. Rarely any merchandise qualifies anymore. This was not always the case and just further frustrates your previously loyal customers. It is beyond apparent this company is greedy and just overall does not understand how to maximize profits. Please listen to your customers and act like a thrift store again. I used to really enjoy shopping here. You will increase your profits, reduce theft, and prevent more clothing from ending up in the landfills.

    ALL 2nd Avenue stores are now owned by SAVERS!! Their prices are not reasonable for a thrift store. $14.99 for a USED, everyday dress!!!!! No other thrift has prices similar! (and I visit them all!!!). MOST IMPORTANT, each day there is an advertised colored tag with a percentage off of that item. If the color is blue, all blue tagged items are 50% off that day. The problem is, I have NEVER seen an advertised color tag of the day's color to get my 50% off the item. This is in ALL STORES!! in Pennsylvania. Are they allowed to advertise and then not have anything?? Is this fraud, false advertising, bait and switch. I don't purchase anything when I visit, but I do look, and I WOULD buy if the prices were more reasonable, or some of the 50% tags were really there!! Please share this complaint so people will know what a fraud the SAVERS organization is.

    Place smelled like **** and this new transition of self service sucks. I lost my points. Going to hospital and having my cervical spine broken and will be out of commission for a long time. Manager assured me it will be ok to use my points and then told i have none. In reality they looked at me and said ob well no points. This happened one other time to me too.

    As the customer expressed, we transitioned to a new POS system and Self-Checkout system. Such large project comes with challenges. One of such challenges is that we needed to migrate to a new platform for our rewards program. Said migration required the transferring of a very large customer database. We did communicate to all customers that during the migration access to points was not available. However, points would still be accrued and added to previously earned points. All points will be accessible as early as July (date in which the migration can be safely completed).
    As expressed above, all of the customer's reward points are available as of this weekend.
    We would love the opportunity to correct the customer's experience.
