I was referred this amazing business from a floor installer who worked on a project in my home. As my townhome was cheaply built, there were a lot of interesting shortcuts taken and signs of poor workmanship throughout. It was always substantially warmer in the top floor of the house which was good in the winter but horrible during the *******.I arranged for a routine **** system check and replacement estimate on the original unit. These professional gentlemen came in (with their own shoe booties), asked a couple of questions, surveyed & serviced the unit, and provided a quote. Fast forward almost 2yrs later, I woke up to a clicking sound & a cold house. I texted SJK immediately & shared I had no heat. They came out the next day (New Year's Eve) & fixed the problem.I reassured them I would use their services when I was ready for the **** replacement...well as unseasonable temperatures reigned over the next 4 mos, I contacted them to go over unit options and the plan. They took great care explaining options and most important, provided solid recommendations. I bit the bullet and decided to get the **** replaced feeling this would be a HOT summer. This was a big job that included drywall exploration (knocking down walls to see what the heck was going on with the upper level) and adding a return to the upper level (none previously existed). They worked meticulously, diligently, PROFESSIONALLY, and tirelessly to complete the job on one of the hottest days during the summer.After the job was complete, I "walked" the job and was explained all that happened and how to use the fancy new thermostat!I will always recommend this awesome company to anyone I know who needs a great **** service provider. I am so pleased to have had them in my home and grateful that our paths crossed. Truly, this experience was a testament that great contractors and most of all, good people who take their professions seriously and KNOW what they're talking about really exist.

Juan C***** and his team were professional, courteous and extremely thorough when installing our new HVAC systems. His team arrived promptly and were compete on schedule, it is awesome to have complete trust in your HVAC company! We will be relying on Juan C***** and his team for years to come.

Mr. C***** and his team did an amazing job installing a 2 tons Trane heat pump at my house. I highly recommend his variety list of services to any homeowners or commercial management offices that are seeking for professional services.
