            On July 30th 2022 my car stopped working when down in Maryland visiting a friend. I went thru Ford to have it towed to there location. The car was towed on the 30 to there lot. I was then told a week later that they would not cover the issue under my warranty because that expired on the 31st which I wasn't aware of. I have now been fighting with Ford and hertrich Ford. To get my car fixed under warranty for a blown motor or some type of assistance. The car is a 2015 mustand with under 50000 miles.

We have spoken to Ford Motor company and they have declined the request. I have explained to Mr. ******** we are not able to make the decision and Ford must give us the ok. He has asked me to take it further up the ladder with Ford. I am reaching out to our representative to see if there is any possibility of assistance and will be back in touch with him.             Purchased 2022 Ford F150 truck on 5/17/2022 from Hertrich Ford Easton Md , it was dark by the time we returned home. The next morning we went out to look at the truck and there were scratches all along the rear passenger side wheel well. We immediately called the dealer they said they would take care of it. They have had the vehicle 2 times and the repairs they did look awful. They are refusing to fix it any further and said we should turn it into our insurance. The truck cost $71,820.00
