Vehicle purchased Feb 2022- Honda certified with an extra purchased extended warranty. The car malfunctioned 30 days in ( March 2022) Temp repair was done to correct auto stop malfunction which made the car un-driveable. Malfunctions never stopped a vehicle is unsafe to drive when the speedometer doesn't function on and off. Malfunctions never resolved July 2022 Vehicle breaks down unable to drive had to be towed ( paid partial tow fee personally) Case was filed with Chevy manufacture. August 2022 Vehicle breaks down and auto stop stops daily at high speeds creating unsafe driving conditions. At all points, I was in contact with Honda. The vehicle is unable to be repaired hence no warranty is paid and Honda ( Kevin General Sales Manager has verbally stated they will take care of this however no action has been made and I have paid an additional $360 and now have an additional $500 fees awaiting at the chevy dealer because Honda stated they could not do repairs and on the first malfunction sent me over to chevy. The General Manager of Honda has not returned a single phones call or email sent.

On 7/16 I agreed to a deal with Hertrich Honda to trade in my old vehicle and purchase a new one with them. The deal included a 20 day pay off... see attached. That 20 days has come and gone. They have not made an attempt to pay off my vehicle. The payoff amount at the time of the sale was $39250 and has now risen to $39325... Not only that but I have been getting calls from Nissan and my credit report dinged bc of their negligence. I feel like this is being done purposely bc they are upset how I negotiated. I tried to email, call and text many times and they will not respond. My next step is to hire a consumer law atty and sue them for mental stress and damages caused to my credit report, and profile. I have contacted Honda and Honda finance regarding their business practiced. I want my car paid off immediately for the FULL amount. I want proof of this pay off... People I have dealt with behind this are Sean *********, Troy **** and some salesman named Alex.

On June 2022 I found a car at ******* Honda, they're seem to be descent dealership (the sales guy said they're a little desperate these days tough).Anyway,I was completely trusting I'm dealing with someone descent. We agreed on a total price of ~$33K of used Honda 2019, which includes ~$27K price they paid, few thousands dealership profit fees, registration and title fees, all mandatory stuff inclusive. We agreed that they're going to apply for me for $13-14K car loan and numbers seemed correct as I traded my old car for $12K and I had down payment of $7K.This was all hand drafted for me by sales person on a piece of paper.I said I'm not wealthy (an immigrant frm *******) and I just want to pay only very basic minimal fees and nothing on top.Sales person agreed.I went to finance office completely trusting that we already established that $33K is the price I pay max, with all fees and registration fees included. The finance guy mr ********* seemed like a nice guy.He kept sliding in front of me many papers very quickly and I signed them because it looked just like final formality. I was asked if I want theft/paint protection-I declined. No other questions.I was sure I'm signing everything that includes in this $33K package. He never said that this or that is going on top of what we previously agreed. When I received my car loan paperwork from bank,I saw that the sales person applied for $20K loan instead of $13-14K.It felt like I was tricked/scammed.Turned out, they made me sign some BS I never asked, such as tire protection and service package - I don't even know what it was. After that they were completely uncooperative and made me to chase them for about 2 weeks. Finally, they agreed to take off unwanted tire protection and some service package I wasnt aware of.Yet numbers are still not adding up.Turned out they added registration fees on top of initial package and other outrageous $600 dealership fees.I want this to be taken off, as this wasn't initial draft. So unethical!
