This company cares nothing about the residents of the community they manage. They are quick to send violation letters, but slow to repair anything in common areas, slow to give letters stating that the property has no liens. Even after begging them to get a letter to me, because the tenant I had moving in was about to be kicked out, they had zero empathy and drug their feet for over 2 weeks. When they finally got the inspection done, they sited me for a broken screen, when the house next door has laid down turf in their front yard, and the tree in the common area touching my house, has not been cut after 2 years of asking them. They also close whenever they feel like it. This year they closed on Friday and Monday for Columbus Day! Schools weren't even closed. Just a terrible company that is getting worse by the minute.Review from secely s

I have owned my home for sometime now and this property management company has made my experience living here the worst. They are unprofessional, unresponsive and send your account to collections with no notice. I noticed my HOA payments were not posting for the last two months, i contacted them and they stated they received the payments everything was fine. Now three months later my account is sent to collections. Dealing with company is beyond frustrating and unprofessional for months i emailed and called trying to ensure my payments were going through now I have to deal with a law office and my public record being tarnished because of this trifling property management company. First chance selling this house not due to the house but this HOA company. Buyers of HOA's be ware this is the worst company to choose to manage your property, even when it snows they don't even come to scrap ice and the community pool is never open and in bad shape.
