    I purchased a skin care package with them a few years ago. When I moved I realized that I had a balance that I never used from this spa in addition to other services I had pre-paid for and didn't use. I reached out to all the businesses and everyone except for Alazzo has sent me my funds back!! I've reached out to the office several times in regards to this matter. No one calls me back, half the time they don't answer the phone and the times I HAVE spoken to the staff they are very snarky and rude. I understand these places have you sign agreements and whatnot, but I myself, am a MD state licensed Esthetician, and I have had clients of mine with extenuating circumstances that prevented them from coming back to see me and get their services and I ALWAYS return their money, even with the agreements on file. Because I have respect for my clients and understand that these things happen and I would never want a client of mine to feel I ripped them off or was shady or stingy enough to keep their money. They paid for something that they did not use or receive, I gladly return the funds. I'm a fair business owner . Period . I believe in treating people fairy and have asked this business and owner to do the same. I'm not asking for anything other than what I paid for and didn't use.

Respectfully, you declined to transfer the remaining services to a friend and it has been years since the package was purchased. There has been ample time to use the remainder of it. If you do change your mind regarding the transfer, we'd be happy to discuss this further. So that's a lie. And secondly I don't have any friends or anyone that lives in that area so it wouldn't even be an option. I feel as though this business is a bit desperate to keep my money as if you don't have any current clients? My couple hundred dollars must be keeping your establishment going if you need it that bad! As I said , I myself have a business that is a lot smaller and not as expensive on services and even I give my clients their money back if circumstances such as this call for it . But I will definitely make my experience known to the public and also other businesses like ours ******* just to warn them of course Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/07/08) */ *******, Your package was purchased over 2 1/2 years ago and had already been in use. It is our rule along with most med spa's in the area that once a package has been purchased and used it can't be redeemed for a cash offer past a certain grace period. We however issue a credit or transfer. There have been instances where a patient has bought a package, treated once and then realized they did not wish to continue within a 30 day period and we will refund them. We are not a gym and a annual membership should be refunded in that instance. If you purchased an item at a store and wanted to return it 2 1/2 years later even if it was never used they would issue a store credit and not cash. If you decide to accept the credit or transfer it to someone else we will gladly assist in that matter. I am submitting your signed informed consent where we stated this the day you began treatment and you agreed. Thank You!
