    I purchased a membership last week and this morning ( June 11) I went for a car wash. It was extremely busy and while on the belt something happened and the car in front of me jumped and it looked like it was going to hit my car. The belt started malfunctioning and all of our cars were moving like they were going to hit one another. I was checking my rear view mirror to check the car behind me because it was very close to me. When I left the car wash, I pulled into a parking lot to check my front and back bumper because of the issue with the belt. My front bumper was fine, but I have two long scratches on my back bumper. I called the location several times; however, no one answered. I drove back over there and was told that the general manager, ******, would be in at 1:30 and he would call me. I have not heard from ****** and *** called repeatedly and still no answer! I was told by ***** to come back (June 14) and they would try to buff the scratches out of my bumper. When I arrived, ****** came out and he was extremely rude. Basically told me that it was impossible for another car to have scratched my bumper on the belt. I explained what happened and then ***** chimed in and they attempted to explain how much distance is put between each car and its impossible for my car to be damaged inside the car wash. I told them that I had a membership and the camera reads my license plate, so pull it and theyll see that I didnt have damages when I arrived at the car wash. Of course, they didnt comment on that very obvious point. The buffer didnt work and it was a waste of my time. PLEASE do not go to this car wash, your car will be damaged and the management/owners will be rude and not take responsibility for the damage caused by their raggedy car wash.

    Although we have enhanced safety precautions, well trained employees and security footage of the car's break lights on, we have agreed to pay in full the scratches on the bummer. The auto body shop was the choosing of ******************. Customers have trusted their cars with us for 35 years. We always make ever attempt to satisfy every customer despite the circumstances. The cost of the repair is quite a financial burden for a small business but hopefully the customer is pleased.
