    I ordered from Peach Medical Sourcing a kit containing 50 at home ******** Covid tests on December 28, 2021. The website shows a photo of a box of 2 tests per box for a price of $31.99 ($15.99 per test) and gave the option for 1 kit, 10 kits or 25 kits. I chose 25 kits at the cost of $799.75 (the math of $31.99 for the box of 2 kits multiplied by 25 equals the $799.75 I paid plus the taxes of $46.50 for a total of $821.29). A box containing a total of only 25 kits came which is like paying $31.99 per test. This is clearly a scam! I have tried multiple times to contact them with no response and their emails were bouncing back. I am in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company but demand to return the unopened box! I was buying these Covid tests for a family gathering of older adults and had to use other means to secure them for New Years. I am attaching photos from their website showing what is advertised including the prices and a photo of what I received.

    We received 6 boxes (12 tests) of ******** and we were charged $324.94 on 12.31.21 the day they were ordered. My wife thought she was ordering 20 boxes (40 tests). We received the six boxes in the next day or two and immediately advised Peach Medical on 1.05.22 in writing that there was a misunderstanding and we wished to return the six boxes and get our money back. They denied our request, stating all sales were final. Also, that these terms were on their web site. We then twice tried to get satisfaction thru ***************** but each time Peach turned us down. Interestingly in response to our initial email they did refund the shipping cost, so clearly they recognize there was an issue. We strongly feel this was very poorly handled. Resting on a final sale statement that they say appears somewhere on a website, for a product that is not perishable or custom seems very wrong. I just went on their website and all I could find in terms and conditions was the following; SECTION 8 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES You may return any Product within 14 days of receipt, provided that the Product has not been used or damaged during that time, or if any tags or product management mechanisms are removed or tampered with. To request a return authorization to initiate a return, please contact us at sales@peachmedicalsourcing.com or by contacting customer service by phone. Your refund will be processed after receipt, inspection and acceptance by us of the returned product. We desire to get our money back. We have the six boxes and would of course return them. Thank you very much.
