  I keep getting postcards from Jeff Everhart (sometimes they come from **** ********, same address & phone #) who, according to the postcards, owns a local home buying company, and (of course) is interested in buying my house. My mother (******* ****) gets these postcards at her house, too. Neither one of us in interested in selling our home. I have called several times ( Mar. 17, Apr. 4, May 7, Jun. 6, July 25, Sept. 19) to ask them to remove my name and my mother's name from their mailing list. But the cards continue to come. I tried once to mail a stack of these cards back to them at the return address listed on the postcard; but the envelope came back "undeliverable as addressed". After receiving another card in Sept., I called again. This time, after having called them at least 4 or 5 times with no results, I was not very pleasant. (I did not use any foul language.) The man hung up on me, so I called back. Now I was really angry, and I told him if the postcards continued to come, my next call would be to the Better Business Bureau. After this call, he apparently blocked my phone number, because when I tried to call again, the call would not go through. We didn't receive anything from them for a couple months, so I thought they finally did remove us from their mailing list; but my mother and I both received another postcard on Dec. 5 ; so just like I said I would, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Plus, since he has blocked my number, I can't call him anyway, not that it would do any good. By the way, I see the phone # listed in the box on this form for Mr. Everhart is *************. The phone # listed on the postcards is ***** ********. I know this is just junk mail; but I'm really tired of it, and I have repeatedly asked them to stop, and they won't.

  Thank you for your response. I had the same problem also, when I tried to return a stack of their postcards to the return address listed on the postcards - that they were "undeliverable as addressed". I have no other address for Mr.Everhart, but the phone # on the postcards is 301-453-7907. You should be able to reach him at that number ; I was able to, until he blocked my phone number.
