    RAINVAC master technician was assisting me with my rainbow vacuum repair. I returned a call from the company due to the shipping box being too large. I did not know my make and model which made Steve very upset. He laughed loudly regarding the dimension of the box I was planning to ship it in. He stated, "well they probably called to let you know that size box is ridiculous". He berated me during our entire call. He stated, "I am sick of dealing with customers like you who do not have enough information for me to even help you". I told him that the way he was speaking to be was unacceptable and inappropriate and I wanted to speak with someone else. He stated "I am customer service and the owner so you will only speak with me. Matter of fact I will spell my name for you and anyone else who needs it. I think we have a bad connection." He then proceeds to hang up. I attempted to call back and get true customer service. But it was Steve who answered the phone. I googled the Rainbow customer service, and they stated they were unable to help me because he was an independent business without oversight. The customer service I received from Steve ******* was a disgrace. I cannot describe the unprofessional and disrespectful communication that came from RainVac. The experience was horrendous. I recommend not providing his information to your customers moving forward. I am going to attach the voicemail that I received after the conversation I had with Steve.

    Previous email that I sent today to customer complaint direct to our company. Hi *****, Thank you so much for your feedback. We are so very sorry to hear of your experience and have taken serious steps to prevent this from happening again. Currently, we have a staffing shortage in answering the phone. We have blocked that service location from answering calls, and they will be routed to other representatives who can better handle customers. We thought that using the service centers to help answer overflow calls would help, but obviously, this is not the case. You are not the only person to complain about poor phone customer service from service locations. Unfortunately, this may cause customers to leave messages or use our email system to communicate, but it is far better than getting your experience again. If you still need help and are unable to find it elsewhere, I would be more than happy to step in and assist you with resolving your problem directly. Reply to this email with your contact information and the best time to call, and I will take care of it from start to finish. Thank you again for your email, and promise that we are serious about helping customers and taking care of any issues brought to our attention. Mike ********
