This is one of the worse moving companies. I called to schedule my move for 10/17 and had to reschedule for today. They were due to arrive at my house between no later than 10 a.m. When I called to check the status, they told me they moved me on 10/17. Michelle told me the movers would arrive in 20-30 minutes and then the movers called and stated they would be there in 40-45 minutes. When Yhey arrived they told me about additional charges that were never indicated or explained. I went to call Michelle and the movers left. She told me I would not be charged for one wrapping of my dining set table. I went outside to speak with the movers and they left. I called back to Michelle to inquire about where they were and was told that they said I was yelling at them. I ask for my deposit back and was told it's on-refundable.Review from Richard M

I hired this comany for a cross country move. They were super helpful and did a dependable job with the relocation. Mike and Viorel setup the move, and the crew that showed up did great. Due to the distance involved, it took two weeks for them to get the items to California. The service went great thought, and I would use them again.Review from Ashley O

I recently hired this company to help with a same state move. I had moved from Baltimore to Owings without any issues. I prepacked most of my things before they came out to help with the transition into my new home. The home I moved out of was on a second story and there was no service elevator. I feel David and his team were careful of my things going up and down those stairs, and getting things into my new condo. This was the first time I used a professional moving service, I would say I'm happy with how things turned out. Thank you guys againReview from Raymond R

Moved my mother to Georgia so I hired these guys by recommendation and they were great. Wrapped and packed the furniture very well and made no damages to her property. She was very happy and they were very professional. Recommended to anyone moving.Review from Wanda D

This company is a scam! I was desperate for help and never used a long distance moving company before. They saw an opportunity to take advantage of me and did! I paid $630 for nothing and had to throw everything away. They initially charged $1748 then tried to add $500 to $1000 because my dresser was long and not tall! Refused to move me then had there driver call me the day before my move. I will never TRUST ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY AGAIN! You can't just take someone's money and give them NOTHING in return. It took me 3 days to throw everything out by myself and pack what I could in my car! Thanks for nothing AMERICAN RELOCATION AND STORAGE LLC!!!!!!!!Review from Kene U

I recently hired this moving company based on the recommendation of someone close by. The service I received with them was great. I feel they were very knowledgeable when it came to getting the move done. Kenneth and the team worked hard, and got our 3 bedroom home moved into our new spot without any issues. The price I ended up paying was lined up with what was disucssed before the move took place. I'm happy with how the move went and I would hire them againReview from Franklin W

I was very impressed with the quality and hard work these movers put into my recent move. John and his crew moved everything with precision and care. I feel they were punctual, efficient, and made my move a breeze. I would consider using them again for a future move

American Relocation is definitely going to be my GO TO moving company. Not only are their prices affordable the movers I had were so nice and worked incredibly well to make sure that all my things were moved from my old apartment to my new apartment. Our Labor Day move was a complete success! These movers worked hard over the holiday weekend to help us relocate without any problems. I feel they were all polite, kind, and had reasonable prices.
