To summarize, they don't stand by their mistakes. They initially sent the wrong mower part that could only be determined after briefly using. After returning it as directed, it sat unaccounted for for nearly two months. After several phone calls and tracking on my part, they finally acquiesced and reimbursed for only about one quarter of the original cost, stating that they don't reimburse for installed parts. Basically, they send the wrong part in the first place and then have no responsiblity for full price reimbursement. I would never use this business again. They have no culpability either for their mistakes or financial renumeration.

We apologize for any inconvenience but we need to stand by our decision. The customer ordered the wrong part online. Unfortunately, they did not inspect it before installing. Due to that reason, we are unable to accept the return as the product was no longer resellable.

Never ordered here before thought I would give them a try boy what a mistake. The packing of my fragile product was so bad. It looked like it was run through a clothes dryer. Their response was to credit me for shipping, seriously? Good customer service would offer to replace my product and no additional charge to me, but not from them. I would not recommend this company for anything.

The customer advised that their spark plugs came out of their packaging and were loose in the box. Even though they were not damaged they wanted them replaced. We apologized and refunded their shipping as a courtesy since this should not affect the spark plugs in the long run. They did not approve of this. This was our last reply to the customer asking if they wanted an additional credit or a prepaid label to return the spark plugs for a full refund. We never received a response. "As I mentioned previously, I did verify with the manufacturer that the bumping around in the box would not effect the lifespan of the plugs as long as they were not damaged, and you said that they were not damaged, so we will not be able to replace them. I have received the OK to offer an additional 20$ off, which would be a little more than 20% of the cost of the spark plugs, or I can create a prepaid shipping label to return all of the spark plugs for a full refund. Please let me know if the additional credit is satisfactory or not, and I will take care of the next steps for you. "

I have never dealt with such a dishonest company before, so lets go thru it. 1) Yes, they did refund my shipping, $13. 2) A offer of a $20 discount for 48 spark plugs that were damaged due to their poor packaging??? NO, and by the way $20 is not "over 20%" of a $128 order. I wish I could post a photo of what their packaging looked like, 48 loose individual spark plugs in a box that a basketball would fit into! 3) Return them for a full refund, NO. Just so you can turn around and sell them to another customer? I won't do that, I'll eat the $134 first. 4) You say you called NKG and verified that they were not damaged because they were not physically broken. According to NKG his is a 100% not true. I called NKG, spoke to the Lead Technical Service Representative and they told me in no uncertain terms no one that worked at NKG would ever say that. They confirmed what I initially told you, "spark plugs can be damaged internally with out any outside visible damage". They also said any plug that was dropped, even in the box can be damaged. They also told me, "I would not risk engine damage by installing those plugs, they look like they were tossed around during shipping which can compromise the integrity of the plugs." These plugs are going in the trash and you owe me $134.86 I would never recommend Jacks Small Engines to anyone.
