HEADSTONE NIGHTMARE - BEWARE - Was told by Miss Hodge that we would receive our mother's headstone SIX months after it's paid in full; now it's been 14 months since paid in full and NO headstone; taking Legal action this week. There may also be a class action law suit as I see a few other reviews with the identical negligence. First they hounded us to go on Google and leave a great review. As soon as that was done and the tomb stone was paid in full.....NOTHING! Was told it's the "supply chain for granite" which is BS because I just had my kitchen granite countertops done, and there's no issue with granite supply. Now they are not returning calls.

I would not recommend this company if you care about your loved one or your own mental health. This company does not care about people’s most vulnerable time. From day 1, they made it complicated. Made my brother submitted the same paperwork 3 times, claimed they wanted to hold off on the service because they could not verify my moms life insurance (even though the funeral home was able to verify this info almost immediately) then waited 2 days before the service to change the location of the plot. I dealt with Cordelia and purchased my moms headstone in November and here it is April and it’s still not there. When I contacted the company in February and asked what’s the hold up, they told me they couldn’t find the picture that I’ve already submitted, missing paperwork and couldn’t verify my payment that I made. This made no sense. No one bothered to call me to tell me they were missing the info that I had already submitted in November. Which means if I didn’t follow up with them then they would’ve just taken my money and not said anything. I had to resubmit the paperwork in February and was told that everything would be done in 6-8 weeks. Here we are 8 weeks later and Cordelia knows nothing. That’s literally what she said. She has no clue what happened. Blaming it on Coronavirus holding everything up. So coronavirus held up a headstone being made for 5 months? Sure didn’t stop them from taking my payment though. There’s no communication, no accountability and no organization. I would advise you to take your loved one somewhere else.
