They continously call me with an auto dialer and leave messages, for months now. I left a bad review and the owner called me even more leaving additional voice-mail saying they didn't have to defend the auto dialer and I needed to call them back. I don't owe them any of my time but they have stolen a lot of mine. The worst part is that I don't even own a home or anything this company wants to soft washSuperior SoftWash Response

Superior SoftWash uses several effective forms of marketing for our services, including making phone call. This person has the phone number of a former client. The phone number, under that person's name, was on our list to contact periodically with specials and promotions. There was no need to complain to the BBB. Apparently, they were "triggered". We never recieved a phone call or voicemail asking us to remove them from our calling list. They simply resorted to complaining on a public forum, trying to discredit the company. Our call lists are scrubbed monthly against the national do-not-call list, as is required by laws and regulations. The process for an estimate and completion of the work went smoothly. The cleaning team did an excellent job cleaning the tile floor on our terrace and the surrounding wood structure without the damage that a high pressure wash would have caused..Review from Russell O

My father and I both had cleanings scheduled at our respective houses. My father, with whom I share my name, had a poor interaction with the company and crew. The company made an honest mistake and arrived at my house one week early when they should have been at my parents home for their cleaning. As I was not prepared with the required lawn and house preparations that the company requested (to protect landscape and property), I attempted to call to alert them to the issue. However, it took two hours of non stop calling the main office to get the crew to break down operations at my house and move to my fathers home. During this time, I went from not being able to reach anyone on the dispatch phone number, to requests for return calls that were ignored. Confusion remained for the better part of the morning until I was finally able to get in touch with the rep who did our estimate and schedule the service. One week later my Father wrote a review with BBB and an angry owner (Jeff K****) called me after 8pm on a Friday night to berate me for "my" review. When I attempted to voice my frustration with Jeff K**** and his operations he became combative and finally verbally abusive calling me an "A-hole" before hanging up. As a result, now I too am writing a review to go with the review my father left. Mr. K****'s operation came recommended by a number of my colleagues, but I will say his poor business manner leaves something to be desired. I would advise looking elsewhere before using this company.Review from N. R.

I will start by saying Devine the estimator/salesman was friendly and accommodating. He did everything he could to help make a bad situation better. We scheduled the Softscrub for our house and deck. The work date was changed multiple times by the company. On the third date they went to and started on the wrong house. It was my son’s and I found out via phone calls from him. I tried talking to Erma the scheduler but she never let me get my words out before hanging up on me. After the fourth attempt I was irate. Eventually the workmen came to my house but didn’t start for over an hour as there was no paperwork from the company. One of the workmen said to me this company is so disorganized no one knows what they are doing. The workers started but stopped for long periods-45-60mins-“because the pump battery has to recharge. It’s on its last leg “. The work was completed and the stain on our deck was stripped off in major parts. By the next day we could see some shrubbery was damaged. We had followed watering instructions before treatment. The company was again very apologetic and made some fee adjustment. Now we are a week later and it appears at least 5 bushes are dead or dying. Some are over 30 years old. I regret using this company and encourage others to avoid. If this were my business I would be firing staff starting with front office who hang up on customers. I’m just glad they are gone and want nothing to do with them again.Superior SoftWash Response

It is unfortunate to receive this review, our 275 five-star reviews paint a different picture than the tales being told here. All and all our dispatcher does a great job, the reason the client was hung up on is because he yelled and cursed. We would never expect anyone on our team to accept being cursed, harassed, and belittled.
Yes, the client was rescheduled a couple of times, it is not desirable, but weather often dictates that we reschedule, rain dilutes our cleaning solutions and makes it less effective, and wind can redirect our spray and move it in an unintended area. In these cases, it is best to reschedule to produce the best results.
Yes, we went to the wrong home, most people would understand, father and son with the same first and last name both having work done, we inadvertently went to the wrong home. We moved our crew as quickly as we could and sent them to the proper location. that mistake would never justify screaming at someone that has limited ability to make change.
As for any outstanding issues this review is the first that we have heard anything, our signed agreement assures our clients that we will guarantee all of work, it also gives the client the best way to handle any issues so they can be taken care of quickly and efficiently. This never happened.
We take great pride in our company and work tirelessly to provide a great experience for our clients. We make a large investment in doing background checks on every employee that serves our clients. The SoftWash and Power wash business is unregulated for the most part, even though not required, we choose to be licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission, this gives our clients peace of mind. We are also highly insured protecting our clients. Most importantly, we rigorously train our employees in our seven-step process that protects our clients’ homes and landscape.

Your team, with Max, came to softwash my house back at the end of August. It still looks FANTASTIC. They were very hard-working and took great care to do a very thorough job -- believe me, we hadn't washed our house in 5 years, so it really needed it. This has really helped with the mildewy smell we had before -- all smells really fresh now and looks so much more presentable. Plus, now we can tell what wood needs to be replaced -- no hiding it. In my opinion it was a little pricey, but it was a lot of work that I couldn't have managed myself. Plus, both of these guys were intelligent and great to talk to. Will definitely use again. I can't speak highly enough of this company. they were responsive, caring and communicated often to keep me up to speed. needed to delay the visit because of high winds, but it worked out perfectly to have them come on Saturday. the two workers Maxwell and Nathan were gentlemen and sincerely cared to do an excellent job. The house looks terrific (I can't see the roof, but I'm sure that is good too.) I am especially impressed with the warranty on the work, 2 years and 5 years for the roof. I will never go back to powerwash again.Superior SoftWash Response
