    I have suffered significant damage to my foundation and my property in my home. Located Waco Texas from the high powered rocket testing, at the McGregor ****** rocket testing site from the vibration and shaking of my home and foundation has damaged the walls and ceilings and foundation of my home. Not to mention the noise nuisance constantly I have had a foundation expert examined my home for damages significant damages has been done over the years. I can only speak for myself but has spoke to and complained with my city council at Waco Texas. Have contacted Mr Elon **** ******. By email I have also spoke with Mr Jimmy ******** CorVel Corporations. And a complaint has been filed as of this date February 9th 2024 have not got a response back from the damage and claims that has submitted for repairs to my foundation of my home. And inconvenience mental and anguish stress in the time that I have spent trying to get a response and something done in reference to the damage to my property. Not to mention the noise nuisance.

    On April 3rd 2022 Pep Boys caught my vehicle on fire and my adjuster she was ok at first and now 10 months later and In between alot of times you can't get ahold of her and I found out that everything I tell her has got to go through her supervisor and she isn't. Nice She doesn't send anything to there client Pep Boys if she doesn't like it so it doesn't matter what you say like I said 10 months later They want to total my vehicle and take away the rental and leave me with nothing no transportation at all not even to get to work and all they and there client Pep Boys care about is numbers and the bottom line oh yes . they me some money for my back wages and etc because I couldn't work because there client Pep Boys caught my vehicle on fire and I was just told recently I wasn't titled to that money but I guess they don't understand that yes I was and more I was getting advice from a attorney And I was also by this attorney to find 3 truck's just like mine and send them to the adjuster I did but her supervisor didn't send them to there client and I was told my that same supervisor she wasn't going to cause they don't go by that but I don't think the attorney is going to tell me something or lie to me I think he knows the law in Indiana let me get to the total they only want to give a little bit for my truck and not give me a little bit so I can get another vehicle no they want to leave somebody without a vehicle to go to work and loose everything and they corvel and there client Pep Boys act like l caught my own vehicle on fire they are so cold-hearted let's talk about the bottom line they don't want to pay because the total amount they want to pay is 18,100.00 and they say on the paperwork I have that they only spent like 9,000.00 something but that is a lie they spent over 18,000.00 I know that for a fact cause I found a lot of the part's my truck like another engine and the main wiring harness between the both of them that was over 8,000.00 just trying to save face and lie and the money on the rental for 10 months and for the money that they already gave us so that's all there worried about corvel adjusters and Pep Boys don't care about anybody and leaving somebody without a vehicle to loose everything they have Corvel doesn't care about anybody Or there client They have the worst adjuster And there supervisor's worst company ever.

    Our car was hit by a landscaping truck in July 2022 in our community. The landscaping company is insured be corvel corporation and gave us the contact information for corvel. It took over a month to speak to an employee and she lied about being the manager. We finally was able to get in contact with the adjuster who sent out a 3rd party for pictures. After receiving the estimate for repairs we can not get any response back as to when our check will be given to us for the repairs. The adjusters phone goes to voice mail so I called the main office and left voice mails for his supervisor who will not call back. Another employee has be assisting stating she's been trying to contact those in position who approve payments but can not reach anyone. This is now going on for 4 months.

    CorVel Corporation and their insurance adjusters are unprofessional, and ultimately dishonest. I submitted a claim when a M************** Materials truck threw a rock into my car that caused damage on 3/9/22 in Dallas,TX on I635 Express headed East from Josey. The truck was in the left lane and my car was in the middle lane. The damage broke my front bumper 360 camera. The claim was handled by their third party insurer, CorVel Corporation. My claims adjuster was Latoya Blue, Claim #**********************. From the date that the incident happened it took until 4/8/22 for them to process and ultimately deny my claim. I provided evidence of the damage that included the actual incident as seen through my dashboard camera. My dashboard camera included the date/time and audio of the incident. I also took several pictures. I sent all of this information to the adjuster. I asked Latoya Blue to please provide elaboration on "why the finding is that the MM driver/vehicle was not the proximate cause of my damages". She responded only that she "carefully reviewed the evidence" and would not elaborate any further on my claim denial. When I asked for more clarification or reasoning behind the denial, she ghosted me and would not respond. Apparently having video (and audio) evidence of the damage occurring on the highway was not enough. Or, it is more likely that they simply deny claims no matter how much proof you have. I'd prefer to have a detailed explanation of why my claim was denied, or alternatively, I'd like to appeal and have the claim looked at by a different adjuster. The part that was broken on my car is about $130 and I'm sure labor will be at least a few hundred dollars more, so this isn't a huge claim. It's just frustrating that I have video evidence of the incident and they refuse to believe their own eyes/ears.
