            The date of the work has been ongoing from October of 2019 until the current time. A total of $4600.00 was paid by myself and my mother to White Seal Coating, LLC (WSC) for promised work to be done to reboard a deck and to replace lattice work - the lattice work portion of the job was never completed. After several attempts and mostly being ignored, my 85-year-old mother hired someone else to complete the job in April of 2022 after the owner of WSC, Bradley White, agreed to refund her the $700.00 that it cost to pay the other contractor. He told us that he mailed a check on 3/29/22 which was never received & then said he would stop payment and re-issue on 5/2/22 - still not received. He then agreed to hand deliver cash on 5/27/22 - never showed and is not responding again to phone calls and/or e-mail messages.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 22, 2022/08/04) */ The business once again promised to hand-deliver a refund on Wednesday, 3 August, and again, did not show up. Consumer Response /* (3000, 25, 2022/08/07) */ Contacted by business on Friday, 5 August promising hand-delivery of refund on Saturday, 6 August between the hours of XX-XX:XX am - again, did not show up, did not communicate to indicate a change of plan. Consumer Response /* (2000, 30, 2022/08/19) */ This issue has been referred to an attorney for resolution since the business has not resolved. Thank you for your assistance in attempting to bring this situation to a resolution.
