***** ******** of Audacious & Feral has failed to produce a product (custom prom dress) in the allotted time agreed upon in a signed contract. The contract was filed on February 26, 2022, and first deposit of $700 was submitted through Square Cash (i.e. cashapp) on March 19th, 2022 as outlined in the contract. Audacious & Feral committed to providing at least one (1) fitting of the dress on April 9th, 2022 and to have the custom dress fitted and ready for pickup on April 30th, 2022. During the time of dress construction, ******** has canceled the guaranteed fitting and neglected to reschedule any fitting for the parties involved in the contract. On the contracted date of pick up, ******** provided a dress that did not entirely fit the agreed upon description and did not fit the buyer. Upon this, ******** had promised the buyer that they would finish alterations that were needed on that same day and did not deliver. ******** then informed her client that the dress would be ready and delivered to the clients house on May 2nd, 2022. ******** has since canceled. We are requesting a full refund to the buyer of $700, the total of the agreed upon deposit.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/03) */ MS ******** ***** IS A BYSTANDER REQUESTING A REFUND OF SOMETHING SHE DID NOT PAY LE PERSONALLY. SHE WAS NEVER A PARTICIPATING PARTY IN THE CONSULTATION OR AGREEMENT OF CONTRACT OR CHANGES .THE ADULT MS ***** WHO IS THE MOTHER HAS TOLD ME TO IGNORE THIS REQUEST FROM ******** *****, BECAUSE ******** WAS NOT AWARE OF THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MYSELF THE CLIENT(DIANNE) AND HER MOTHER( the only party who agreed to the contract) I have no business with ******** *****, I was informed she is an older sister who is worried because she was unaware of the process and contracts terms and conditions which state ALL DATES, ARE TENTATIVE MEANING SUBJECT TO CHANGE,. THERE WAS ADditional WEIGHT GAIN from the prom client which resulted in having to make extra alterations and resulting in new dress being produced, WHICH I PAID FOR EVEN THO CONTRACT STATED IF THIS HAPPENED IT WOULD BE A $50 CHANGE FEE PLUS THE COSTS OF THE NEW MATERIALS WHICH I WAIVED AND COVERED OUT OF MY OWN POCKET,which the mother( half of the party) is fully aware of, I WAS TOLD BY THE AGREEING PARTY TO proceed AND to finish the job and to dismiss this request made by ******** ***** (a person who was not apart of this contract in anyway besides bringing her to an appointment which we had two scheduled to have before pickup, ******** is rushing the process because of her misunderstandings about my policies and wanting things her way but that's not feasible.. she was not given the task of requesting a refund according to the involved parties and I quote from the mother "she's Just being a big sister and was worried" "please continue and deliver the dress" which is another courtesy I offered because of the delays behind my control, but my policies and all were stated in the contract since day one and there are no refunds, all payments made to audacious & feral are final, all dates are tentative all garments are final sale and the signing parties agreed, and paid for me to do the job. the mother MS ***** has told me to continue with finishing the changes so the dress can be delivered WHICH WAS STATED MAY 3 at 11:49 AM. the balance to be paid so this transaction is complete.
