This review is for the corporate office for the entire business of advanced radiology. 1. harasses sick and injured people over 20 emails and text messages over a three day period asking for information that they already have. 2. overall rude treatment of sick and injured people they approach patients as though they are criminals 3. psychological distortion tactics to get patients to think that the opposite is true i.e. that a waiting room is clean and comfortable, when in fact it is dirty and at the very least uncomfortable. 4. makes money off of the resources of human hardship, blood, and flesh both metaphorically and physically

I was on the phone with the recording six times. I was transferred to IMANI and she gave me the phone number to call to make an appointment. I was on the line for thirty minutes. I spoke to Toya and she was unable to make the appointment and told me to call the appointment line. I spoke to a lady that lied and said her name was Missy and that she was working in Frederick. This so called Missy appeared like she was high on drugs and was talking our of her head. She was telling me that she was in Frederick Maryland. I told her we all are in Maryland. she looked up my information and denied and refused to make my appointment. After she told me that my doctor sent in the order. Nest, I told her that she need to come down 1000. so i just hang up. I called again and finally taled to IMANI again for the second time and she made my appointment. Some people do not need to work from home. Obviously, Frederick is more like a relaxtion camp than a work place.

I had an appointment at Advanced Radiology in Pomona on April 3, 2023 at 7 o’clock. I got there at 6:30 as requested. I was greeted by a nasty front desk lady. She said my appointment was canceled. I never canceled it. I told her to show me or tell me who canceled it. she said we didn’t cancel it so i must’ve canceled it. I said I would wait or if she could reschedule me. she said no I was taking up too much of her time and I have to sit down. A patient in front of me same thing. they told him his appointment was canceled. He said he never canceled it and wanted to wait and she said no to him too. Then she told me to sit down. I was taking up too much of her time and she had to go onto the next person not finished with me and not helping me very nasty and arrogant I would say racist because the person in front of me and I were both white and she was not. then I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it to me but I have a picture of her because she does not belong working at the front desk. How nasty she is. then she had the nerve to go get a security guard. How embarrassing and not called for. I didn’t do anything wrong. I just wanted to know who and why it was canceled. why in the world would I come to appointment that I canceled? Who has time for that kind of nonsense ? I wouldn’t show up if I canceled it.
