Cannot remember date of transaction, but I had an event here for my daughter for her birthday on March 2nd. The vendor promised we could have the venue for 6 hours, with 2 of those hours being dedicated to set up and break down. The previous party went over their time and the next group came early because she overbooked so we only had the venue for about 2 hours. For part of our time the vendor allowed the next party Ito the building during our time and they crashed it upset that we were at the venue at our scheduled time. We had to pack up early and vendor only issued refund of $250.

***** ****** reached out to me on January 31st 2024 to inquire about a party for her daughter’s sweet 16 , I told her that my price is $950 for 6 hours and I would just be providing chairs and tables . ***** told me she couldn’t afford to pay the full $950 and she didn’t think she’d need a full 6 hours . I told her that the price would be $750 for 4 hours but that includes set up and break down , she told me  that would be more than enough time to be in and out . I asked ***** multiple times would she need more set up time she ensured me that she didn’t want to pay anymore money than she had already planned to spend . We agreed on the price of $750 for the hours 3pm-7pm . ***** told me that she wouldn’t be able to put down a deposit until the Friday after next . I told her the deposit was $250 she told me okay . On February 10th , 2024 ***** ****** Called me and told me she wouldn’t be able to pay the entire $250 at the moment and if she could just pay $100 dollars for the deposit and she’ll get the rest to me as soon as she could and she sent it on the following week . I locked her in for that time and day  . On February 26th ***** called me and told me she needed to change the time to 4pm-8pm I told her that is fine but I have a party coming in at 9 so I would need her to be out and cleaned up no later than 8:30 she said that is fine . The day before the party I called ***** and asked her if she wanted to come a little earlier to set up and I wouldn’t charge her because I understand her circumstances ,  I know her daughters  party meant a lot to her and the time slot is tight . ***** said no she has plenty of time and she’s okay . ***** called me at 10am the morning of her party and asked if she could pick up a key from me to go to my venue earlier because she didn’t know how much time she needed . I explained to ***** it doesn’t work like that , I asked her a day before so that I can plan ahead and have everything out and ready for her no one was available at that time so it would be open at the time that we discussed. I called her around 2pm and told her I had everything ready for her and she could come a little earlier. She said okay , she came later than her original set up Time so I already knew *****’s party would be running behind . I pulled her to the side and I reminded her that I have a party coming in an hour after her end time and she said okay . 8pm comes and ***** pulls out food and a saxophone to eat and have live entertainment. I pull her to the side again and I told her that I don’t want to be rude but we went over this multiple times she said she understands and she will be out in 15 minutes. 8:30comes and ***** and guest are singing happy birthday. Between 8:45 and 9oclock my next party starts to arrive for set up and ***** and guest are saying a prayer so the next party didn’t want to be rude or anything like that but it’s not fair to me or them that she completely disregarded what we agreed on .So my next party disrupted them which was rude but I understood completely since ***** acted as if she didn’t know what was going on . The next day ***** calls me and told me that I owe her a security deposit and that I told her that I told her she can have the hall for $500 for 6 hours and that she would be receiving $250 back . I HAVE NEVER DONE REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSITS EVER  so I knew for a fact that was something she just made up . We discussed the party and I thought we had a mutual agreement that she made a mistake and I understand 100 percent. She then tells me that I robbed her of $250 dollars multiple times , I was extremely disappointed in this entire interaction since I genuinely thought I was helping ***** and she is going to extreme measures to bash my business since she made a mistake . ***** called me again and left 3 nasty reviews on google , I ****** ***** $250 dollars because  my rating went from 4.9 to 4.6 .***** also told her family I went inside her phone and deleted our messages because they disappeared, I never met ***** until the day of her party . And  how could I delete anything out of your phone ?
