These people are letting people go without their air conditioning and do not fix anything except what can be done by maintenance people, who only are on property approx every 2 to 3 weeks. The grounds are never mowed, maybe once every 3 to 4 weeks. Now they have announced they will no longer accept section 8 and either sign away your sec. 8 or move!! Some people have been told they have a year to move or stay because they have signed a new lease , others have been told when their lease is up in 2 months they have to be out or sign away their sec. 8.. there are disabled people in sec.8 there and are being told they need to sign away sec 8 and they are doing it because they don't know any better. This company, in my opinion is unethical, and unfair and disreputable. No one answers the phone at corporate, people are told to wait days if something like a broken toilet occurs. They take advantage of the disabled and the aged in my opinion. And I am one of them. I don't know how they get away with the way they treat people.

Apartment units out of water all weekend. Lock broken on front door. We have to use a chair at night and pray no one tries to break in. If we all leave the house then it's left unlocked. Oven has been non functioning for months. Work orders put in but no one seems to be clearing them. Maintenance crew do bear minimum. Government funded units stealing funds.

TM associates do not pay their contracts for work completed. My company currently has 2 invoices for service and the only thing that we have been told is that “there’s no money in the account to pay”. These invoices have been overdue since October of 2023. They have blocked my emails and have made no effort to resolve the issue. Beware that is you are a contractor and they call you for work, DO NOT PERFORM ANY WORK.

Terrible management. They ignore 504 reasonable accommodation requests for months on end, and management on site pushes blame higher up. Constant excuses every time I try to ask for an update. There was an apartment available to meet my 504 accommodation request and it had sat open for 5 months while they ignored my request. They moved someone in and I still have not gotten an answer. Completely unacceptable and the Michigan department of civil Rights will be involved.

Burnt Ordinary Apartments Discrimination. Disrespectful. If they have personal feelings toward you, they will mix it with business. Their property manager provided false information and gave a bad reference about me. Also, spreading confidential business matters out into the town. She has placed her friends and family before others on the waiting list. That’s discrimination. If you request your documents through email, they won’t provide them. If you go there to get them, they threaten to call the police for nothing. How unprofessional & abuse of management job title. They need someone who went to college, trained, doesn’t discriminate in housing causing bad business.

I can’t cook anything in my home without it smoking the whole apartment . My stove and oven is a fire hazard . I have a verminous infestation as well as a roach infestation . The building has ABestos and I have a 1 .5 year old child as well as currently pregnant . I have told the Villages of these problem via email , verbally as well as contacting there Vice President of TM management and nothing has been done . The property manager crystal response to the issues are you can give us a 30 days notice and leave . They have stolen funds for back rent which has been paid on time every month. The apartment is constantly flooding and leaking from all the issues . I will attach the photos of the issues

Poor business practices and patterns. No moral compass or value system when dealing with this company. They use their personal instead of professional opinion when dealing with tenants that hold them accountable. Consistent in their lack of response to tenant/management issues. Their reviews on Google speak volumes.

I am a tenant at Glen Elk Apartments in Clarksburg, WV. I had not even been living there a month when a certain group of tenants started accusing me of stealing the scent plugs from the hallways. The same group of tenants would be in the lobby at the entrance to the building all day every day. Our lease clearly states that this area is not a social gathering spot but is for tenants waiting for a ride or to speak to management. This same group of tenants is "FRIENDLY" with the office manager Sandy. I filed a complaint in writing with management. A few days later as I was walking down the hall I could hear Sandy and these tenants laughing and making fun of me because of the complaint I filed. Another issue is when I wait at the elevator with my dog, the apartment close to the elevator is occupied by one of the "group" members and she has two dogs that bark and scratch on her door as I wait in hall for the elevator to come. Tenants from other apartments and/or her daughter would whip open the apartment door and glare at me. I would ignore them. One day one of her dogs got out and attacked my dog and then me. I reported it to management immediately. I was then told it was my fault because I let my dog scratch and sniff her door. Another false accusation. The womans daughter then proceeded to tell everyone including Sandy that my dog is vicious and trying to bite people. Another lie. As far as I know management never looked at the video footage that would have shown exactly what happened that day. The woman's daughter also threatened to have my dog shot if I went near her door. The daughter, Lindsey is friends with Sandy and I have seen her sitting in the office in Sandy's chair. Why are these people being allowed to harass me, why is Lindsey not banned from the property, why are these people still sitting in the lobby all day with their feet resting up on the coffee table refusing to wear a mask and practice social distancing? They are also allowed to eavesdrop.
