  I bought a house in 09/13/2021 and ********************* from Fairfax Reality located in Rockville, MD was my agent. At the time of the purchases, I did not know much about a process of purchasing the house. **** has been a longtime friend of my late cousin, I called him to be my agent. We all agree. During the process, finding houses were really hard. When we found the property at my current house, he told me we should not request for the appraisal and inspection contingencies in the contract because the house was fairly new. I told him that I trusted him that I believe he wouldn't do anything that will not have my best interest at hand. We went ahead and completed the process and we closed the deal on 09/13/2021. Three months later, we realized that the house was leaking! I called **** Builder to tell them but they told me the builder warranty has been expired and they no longer liable. I told ********************* who was my agent, and he promised to help me finding a solution. At a time, when I called him, he stopped responding to my calls! I called my insurance and they came to inspect the Roof and found out that the shingles were place straight underneath the roof and they said they were not liable either! I did not have money to fix this on my own! I believe I was mislead by my agent and the seller. I would like BBB helping me to get them to fix the Roof, cleaning any molding if there is and fix my cracks ceiling. Thank you ****** **********************
