Had a shower installed December 17. I have an issue with the arm of the shower, I have to hassle people for a response. Project manager told me to fix it myself, I shouldn’t have to do that for a brand new shower costing $14,000. Over a month later and It’s still not resolved. The customer service is terrible, I try to follow up twice a week and they either pass me along to another person or to sent straight to voicemail. They preach reliability but have been anything but. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different company.Review from Joneen M

Excellent sales people as they really "sold me" on their products, service and company. Disaster! Little/poor/no communication; first install of bath/shower done timely but clearly wrong, as we had a pool of water in our basement. Project Mgr came out to check work and opened pipe area and commented, "OH, MY G>D!" Redid work and had to repair downstairs bath ceiling. No one returned my texts and no followup on work done. Had to call company myself to get ceiling completed. Now worried about quality of work performed. Have been unable to reach MD office; either repeat of VM message or disconnected.Review from Joni C

We worked with David M***** in our home for 2 bathroom remodel projects and estimates. David was a breath of fresh air in an unexpected somewhat emergency situation. He was empathetic and compassionate. He was relatable and personable. He was thorough and confident having been in the industry for several decades. He went above and beyond and even said if we didn’t go with them to ask other contractors for x,y,x verification to make sure we were in good hands for things like licensing, insurance etc that Long had and competitors often don’t. That is not normal for sales and we appreciated how non pushy non salesy he was, but genuinely had our best interest at heart. Upon leaving, he even asked to pray with us! He was the biggest blessing when we were faced with an emergency and felt like our life was falling apart and the carpet had been ripped from under us. We knew we wanted to go with a family owned company and then David was the icing on the cake. 20/10 recommend!Review from Domenick A

Long Home Improvement has proven to be an honest, forthright company. Polite, on-time installers & installation. Excellent sales woman, explained the entire process, cost, install needs and responded promptly to any questions I had. Excellent!Review from DAVID A

We are in the beginning phase of our project, therefore the comments below only apply to the initial phase of the work!!! 1.- The Sales person, Rob S********: pleasant personality, very detailed, explained everything and took his time to take our information, writing everything we discussed. 2.- The Project Manager, Michael G*********: Very professional, provided good advise, offered recommendations, explained timelines during the project, he is an asset to Long Home. 3.- The Customer Service Liaison: Nate B******: Also pleasant by phone, gave us more details about the timing for the project, reviewed everything with us again, said he would check if any approval is required by the HOA, and asked us to call him at any time for any questions we might have. So far, we are pleased by having selected Long Home for our 3 bathrooms project; we expect that they will used the materials explained to us by the Sales Person and the Project Manager. Hopefully we will not have to face the issues/problems voiced by other customers. We expect another survey after the job its completed. David A*******Review from Dawn L

Sonya and Thalia were delightful and very .knowledgeable. I understood everything and what I wasn’t sure about they took the time to explain. Price was competitive. I recommend them to everyone. They’re great
