            I canceled my subscription from Lesko help desk in May 2023. They are still charging me credit card 19.95 a month. There’s no real way to get in touch with anyone. I emailed them and heard nothing back. I want my money returned and subscription cancelled! I can’t log in to the account because I cancelled it. Yet they can take money from me monthly! Just ridiculous! Please help!!

            I purchased a subscription for help with getting grant money. The subscription was billed at 59.90 every 6 months. I realized it was not worth the money. I tried to cancel it and thought I had succeeded. When the 59.90 charge came through in May 2023. I found a number to call and was told they needed to verify my information including the credit card it was charged on. I gave all the information request, however, when they asked for my Birthday and Social Security Number I realized this was another scam. When I refused to give this information, I was given a cancellation number. *************. I was told the refund would be processed with in 10 business days. This has not happened. Also, I had to shut the credit card I used for this purchase, because a week later I had several charges put on the card from another state. This has been a nightmare. I want my money back and am working with the fraud department with the credit card company. A warning should be issued. This company claims to give a money back guarantee and you can cancel any time, However, there is absolutely no way to contact the company to initiate cancellation and getting your money back.

            First, the bank information phone number for the person taking my money each month is ************. I allowed a friend, *********************** to subscribe to Lesko Help in order to try to sign up for government grants/loans during Covid. Now I would like to cancel the subscription listed as LESKOHELP1995 WWW.LESKOTUTOMDUS which takes $19.95 from my checking account each month. There is no return address or number on the website only the phone number, ************. The website does say you can ask for a refund at LeskoFreeRadio.com I did request a cancellation on this site however I got no response.

            The membership for *********************** is now canceled and more than 1/2 of the charges were refunded.  We never received any cancellation notice for the membership.  Our email address is own our closed ******** site (**********************************).

            Attached is a copy of the 10 refunds that were completed to the credit card we had on file.

            We have closed the matter on our end and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
