I began going to Evanescent Wellness in August 2022 and stopped going in January 2023. I was receiving B12 injections. The owner failed to show up for 4 appointments with no communication with clients. She is refusing to refund me my money despite failure to provide agreed upon services. After putting up with her failure to show up for agreed upon appointments several times, I no longer feel comfortable returning to the practice. I cannot rely on her to show up. I have wasted gas, time from work and now money with this company. I deserve to be refunded. I have held up my end as a client and only request the same from the owner. I also witnessed her provide prescriptions to people without seeing them for things like the flu, and medical marijuana.

"This patient was sent home with paperwork that clearly states "no refunds"  The refund she is asking for are her 4 free injections at the end of her series.  I call prescriptions in daily for patients so they can be delivered to my business from a local pharmacy for patient convenience.  The "things" like the flu and medical cannabis certifications are called Telehealth and very legal.  This patient is surely speaking about something she knows nothing about.  I have told the patient to get back on the schedule for her 4 last injections as they hold no monetary value due to them being free at the end of her series.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: the business owner is a liar. I paid for the injections as a whole, she decides how they are packaged. I paid for a certain amount of shots and should receive them. I understand "no refunds" but that was also under the agreement that the owner would show up for scheduled appointments and provide services which she did not. She failed to show up for multiple appointments with no notice or communication. This is also why I am seeking a refund and do not want to come in for the remaining shots. She has proven her unreliability and I believe she will continue to be a "no-show." She has done this to countless clients. This is why her business is suffering. As for her claims about telehealth, these are complete fabrications. I know for a fact she supplies prescriptions for friends without televisits or in-person visits. She is prescribing medicine to people without seeing or talking to them about symptoms. This is an extreme overreach of her credentials.

I was present for every appointment that we made and was an excellent client. This business owner did not provide agreed upon services and would just go MIA and miss appointments with no notice or communication. This is unacceptable. A refund should be granted because she did not perform her agreed upon services, which should void the agreement.

Furthermore, this business owner should be investigated for *****, *********** and more. If anyone looked at her records, or lack thereof, they would easily see the forged documents and poor business practices. She even had employees provide me with shots when she didn't show up once. This employee is not a licensed physician and was providing injections to patients.

This business owner needs to be held. accountable for her misdeeds. I deserve a refund.

    Sincerely,

    ****** *****
