At some point this morning, my partner was towed from the visitors parking. TCL towing company is saying that it was not visitors parking, but it was definitely parked in the visitor spot four cars in. This is asinine for and establishment to conduct business this way. The representative was very short and disrespectful.

I got a flat tire in the middle of the night and called AAA road service Our family decided to call a ride home since AAA can only transport one person and they didn't have an exact estimate of when they could arrive. We were assigned TCL towing. We arrived home at 2 am and got a message from TCL at 4:08 am. I asked the driver, Travis, not to use frame to load the car to the flatbed. He said he had over 25 years of experience and that he always did it that way. He said he would take pictures before and after to assure me there was no damage. I insisted that he use the tow eye as this is what Tesla says to use in the manual. I went over the recommended process and asked him to call me when he was ready to put it in towing mode, as i would guide him on how to turn it on. He said he would need to tell AAA that i asked him to use the tow eye and then said he was going to "get sorted" as he had just arrived and was next to the highway. I waited for him to call me back. He never did. I saw he was opening the car door and tried giving him a call, but Travis never answered. AAA called me to let me know that the driver had issues with the car rolling back. I told them I did not want him to tow the car if he was not going to use the tow eye. The AAA representative checked with the driver and that's when she told me he already had the car on the flatbed and was on his way to the dealership. I was asked whether I wanted him to drop the car off and have someone else tow it. Since the car was already mounted I asked that he drop it off at the dealership. The alarm sounded at various times during the drive. I locked the doors to force him to call me. He called when he got to the dealership. I asked him how he got my car loaded to the flatbed. He said he would not answer any questions and demanded I open the doors. I hanged up, opened the doors, and called AAA to ask to speak to a manager on this experience. I am having Tesla check for damage. Do not have your Tesla towed by TCL!

This company illegally towed my car without providing photos of the alleged incident. They claimed my registration was expired, but I had renewed it online and had the temporary registration in my back window. They are refusing to release my car to me without payment, and the PG county helpline recommended I call 911 and report my car as stolen. They also do not accept credit cards, which violates Maryland law. I don’t know how this company hasn’t been shut down yet.

Predatory Towing Company. They illegally towed my car which was parked in MY space. The bylaws of Oasis Condominiums state that only the owner of the space can get a car towed. The paper work was on the window next to the Vin Number. They just ignored it. They need the Vin Number when they tow a car. They lied about when I could pick up my car. - By law, it is 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They state that they are closed at 5 pm. In Maryland, you can get charged $175 for the first 18 hours and then $50 a day afterwards. I could have picked up the car the same night, but they are not there, so they can add an additional $50 charge. They tell you that you have to pay by cash. By law, you can use a credit card. When I went to pick my car, it was held by another company. They do this because everyone wants to beat the hell out of them. (Check the Yelp reviews on their Predatory towing) So you have this THIEF who just stole your car and they expect you to give them your credit card over the phone. If they steal your car, what do you think they will do with your credit card so you need to have cash to get your car. The owner is Laster Travis - he has 31 cases against him on Maryland Judiciary Case Results - he is the definition of a SCUMBAG. The Police Officer told me to go the Commissioner Office, 5000 Rhode Island Ave. Hyattsville, Maryland 20782 . Here you can go and have charges brought against them for theft. They stole my car on 11/1/22. I got my car on 11/2/22. I will definitely go and press charges against them next week. They need to prove that the car was illegally parked by photographs. They are also supposed to provide them to you when you pick your car up. Again, they did not do this and they will not have proof when I go to the Commissioner Office PROPERTY MANAGERS: don't have these pricks as the ones monitoring your condominiums. You are just going to be having issues for your tenants.

TCL Towing Company towed my car illegally towed my car due to the error of their driver. I called the company to find that my car was towed off the property of my complex because of my parking permit which was valid for at least 30 days because I just bought my car a week ago. The person briefly puts me on hold and comes back to tell me "his dumb ass driver can't read" but that I could come retrieve me car. This was the 7929 Old Branch Ave Suite B, Clinton, MD 20735 location.
