NO STARS!!!! The worst customer service i have ever experienced. i went in for ONE message and they got me to sign up for the membership in September 2023... on January 25th 2024 i went into the store to cancel my membership and was told that a manager had to call me back. today March 6, 2024 not only did i get charged but my membership was not canceled and i got a call FINALLY from the manager. She was rude!!!!! talked about saving my membership instead of doing what I asked. She reused to refund my money. Told me that she never got a message to call me back. It is written down in a small notebook at the front counter of the store. This is not my fault that they have a terrible message system for their employees!!!! i have made numerous calls to the store with no return call. This is the worst company i have ever experienced. i had heard similar stories, one being from my son! I honestly did not think that this company would treat their customers so bad! NEVER EVER GO TO ANY HAND AND STONE!!!!
