On January 8th of 2024 I purchased a package to help me find a reliable safe co-signer as I have done 2 times before. I paid 49.99 for them to find me a co-signer in 24 hours as I have done both times. It is now January 27th and I do not have a co-signer. I tried ever option they have for contacting them but the communication was spotty and unhelpful. They would not issue any refund but said I would continue to have access to the Co-signer search portal which is entirely new. They then wanted me to reach out to a bunch of different people in hopes one would respond which I did. I finally found a co-signer on the 24th. I verified his age, name, email, and phone, and even got a picture of the social security card with his name and last two digits. I verified the information was correct and even checked the time and date the picture was taken to make sure. I then still proceeded to get scammed out of $750 and have nothing to show for it. I then reached to let the company know that the new system doesn’t work and is faulty and they are not doing anything about it.Initial Complaint

I went to hire cosigner due to credit being low and thought they might help me get a loan to pay things off. But since I paid the services, I haven't used their website /services because I didn't understand it. I sent them an email no response and I texted them no response. They blocked 3 of my phones IP address to the chat trying to request a refund. Also displayed unprofessionalism attack me about where I am at financially. Stating if I wanted free services go find a local charity. I have deemed this website fraudulently. I filed a dispute with my bank, but they keep denying me due to a contract I electronically signed but the contract signed was me being vulnerable to my situation as well as they also cancelled services / subscription. So now I'm here trying to gain help to see if there is anything BBB can do about this situation.Business response

I did have access but once gained access I logged out I never used this service . I understand they are wanting honesty during this situation but I have been clearly been honest with them from the start . I tried multiple times to cancel which my account was cancelled last month during a dispute with my Bank now I would like a refund which they are not giving me my funds back. I never gained anything out of this nor do I want too. I was treated unfairly from this website from the start. They have blocked multiple IPs from their chat forum to request a resolution thats fair . They also stated if I want something free go to a charity for what I am looking for. If they truly valued me as a customer from their website they would've responded to me with an email text or phone call. They have all of this information during sign up page. All I want is a refund due to not gaining anything and the cancellation on their end. The cancellation happened in start of October. They never again gave me addresses IP addresses or any contact to cosigner's this is not true Honesty is what they want but not following through. I had paid about 40 dollars for a service I didn't receive. It's like a free for all on the site. Random people, that could be lying because there is no way to verify the information they are telling you. I've almost gotten scammed as well as contacted by very rude, nasty people. I've tried to contact customer support by email and text and never got a response. I see they use an excuse to not sending refunds to anyone. This "service" doesn't need to be offered or needs a whole new management system because it's really sad. I just want to delete my account so I won't get contacted by people anymore. I got what I was looking for with no help from this site.Business response

Recently purchased the $39.99 find a cosigner in 48 hours. Did not get access to any cosigners or receive a response regarding any membership services they offer. So I go back on the page and try to log in and there is no information for me to review and my order does not show on my account.Business response

The BBB has already posted a false complaint about a service that the buyer has never used. This complaint like many other is an example of how people are abusing public complaint forums like The BBB. We offer multiple support options to assist with finding a cosigner. That post was out of service that were not being rendered (i.e the list of cosigners or access to view what I just purchased).
