    I have never had a car buying experience quite like I have here. While the staff are very friendly and come off as empathetic it feels like its just at face value. My husband purchased our 2020 **** explorer ST July 17th, 2024. We bought it with the certified preowned stamp of approval. While I understand they cant always detect engine problems during inspections they did see that the sunglasses holder was broken and offered to fix it, but when calling to schedule the sunglass holder to be fixed they told us wed have to pay since its not under the warranty we purchased. They also missed that the exhaust recall was never serviced either. By September 25, 2024 we dropped our vehicle off to hopefully get the recall fixed and have a starting issue taken care of. They let us know the engine did need replaced less than 3 months after purchasing it. They didnt diagnose it until that following Monday and the engine didnt arrive until October 14th. They had no dealer vehicles to loan and no other options available to us. Its now October 18th and we still have no vehicle to drive, but we have promises of it being returned this coming Monday. Typically I would not leave a negative rating but every turn has been met with either we dont know, unanswered calls, or very vague information. We bought the car due to my husband being stationed in ** and myself and children living in ************ needing a reliable vehicle to commute back and forth with. Its now been almost a month trying to live between two states with one vehicle and has caused nothing but unnecessary stress and frustration due to not having answers or a working vehicle. We have been in contact with ******** who said the vehicle should be ready by today. It wasnt. Im now being told Monday will *hopefully* be the day we can pick it up which means I have to get to ********, pay for a hotel, and wait and hope my car is available for pick up.

    I answered an online ad for a 2024 **** Bronco Sport whose MSRP was $35,295.This dealer advertised it for sale on their website for $27,851. Great deal so I jumped on it.I have a trade and we were able to work out an acceptable value for it.When I get the numbers back from ***** -- general sales manager -- he tells me that the car is selling for $34,624 -- a FAR cry from what is currently advertised for ( rechecked the price just a few minutes ago). I wrote to him several times asking for an explanation and as to whether or not he is going to sell the car at his ADVERTISED price.. Still NO word from him, or for that matter, anyone else. This FALSE advertising scheme has to stop and this dealer needs to be fined for it's deceptive practices!

    The Service department added a 20% fee for supplies when I went there to have a key fob programmed. When I asked what supplies were used, they told me they charge a supply fee for all services. I asked why that info was not provided with my quote? No one provided a response. This must be common practice at this service department.

    Spoke to a sales person and sales manager extensively to work out a deal. Deal was completed and agreed upon by all parties. Filled out a credit app that was to be run the following morning and the truck was mine. Called the following morning to check the status and the sales person didn’t do any thing and the sales manager wasn’t working. A different sales manager advised the truck was on a test drive and sold it to someone else. Very poor business practice. Plenty of great Ford dealers out there to choose from rather than this one!
