Contacted on 1/20/22 first attempt at work 3/8 with 2 follow up/ finish up dates. Owner came out following the initial installation because the work from 3/8 was unfinished and we had concerns. 9,000 paid in two payments We contacted the Basement Pros to come and poly fill and extensive void under our house. They sent out a sales employee who was professional and really helpful. In order to get on their schedule we had to send a deposit, which they promptly cashed... fine, standard practice... However, once they did that, they said it would be a few weeks because they had previous jobs and were weather dependent. Ok, also fine. Weeks passed and we had not been even tentatively scheduled. My husband contacted them, their response was that they would need some time, I contacted them and instead of them responding to my email... they contacted my husband and set a tentative date. However, as soon as work began it appeared that they didn't know what they were doing. The technician that showed up said to my husband "I have never done a whole house before" which is the express reason that we contacted and hired them. That should have been our first red flag to stop work. We proceeded, after the first day, my husband was able to look into a large hole created for a separate project and see that they areas they had supposedly "completed" still had massive gaps. The owner Peter both came out and said the work was not as filled as it should be and would send the guy back he came back. The guy came back and instead of only staying 2 hours as he had originally stated, he was there all day and still had to come back because their equipment broke. Fast forward, we need interior drain tile, which we hire another company to do. When they come in and jack hammer they notice there are still HUGE voids and the foam is inconsistent. The owner Peter offers to come out but because we cannot touch the trench of the new company and cannot see the voids once the trench is filled it seem
