    I give this place not business because it's not ran as such 0 stars. I spent almost $1600 to stay for ,3 weeks only to be treated like I was low class scum. First thing first I had my 9 month old Granddaughter staying with me and they have drunk people walking the hallways I had a Woman come knock on my door twice and the third time she tried coming in my room I called the front desk and she did not care at all so I was forced to call the police. The other day I told the ** about it and he was more worried about me being outside with a chair smoking a cigarette, oh and I'm disabled and can't walk far at all. Then today I'm sitting outside smoking a cigarette away from the door not bothering anyone and he comes to me very rude saying "this your last day right"? And made me feel very low as if I didn't pay my money like everyone else, I explained to him again my health situation but he totally disregarded what I was saying. I also told him about how his workers who live here be outside drunk and falling all over the place and saying people stink and being downright rude to patrons and he did nothing about that . He once again was more worried about me sitting and I told him I can't stand for a long period of time. You have staff here that don't greet you back, that runs to the corner store and leaves their post. I found out from a worker that people have been breaking in the rooms and sleeping at night and the owner told him not to say anything..I feel very unsafe here. It's a horribly ran place. I don't advise anyone to stay here. Unless you don't mind coming out your room smelling nothing but marijuana. Or don't mind seeing drug deals while outside smoking. Nothing professional about this hotel. And no need complaining he more worried about the next person coming to spend money then the ones who already have.

We also take security seriously, ensuring that only authorized individuals are given access to rooms.While we regret that your experience was not entirely positive, we are continuously working to improve and provide a welcoming environment for all our guests.Thank you for staying with us and we are looking forward to seeing you again.
