I bought a car from price auto on 5/23/23. I was told since I was a first time car buyer that the car thats I was sold was the only one available to me. I asked the salesman if there were any other issues with the car, he says no and mentions that they are all inspected beforehand. There were scratches on the exterior & I was told I could bring it back anytime to get it fixed, that was fine with me. I then open the car door and noticed that the passenger handles and driver mirror were also broken.I asked one again if there is anting wrong with the car and he says no . Within the same week I noticed that the air conditioner in the car was not working so I took it back a few times for them to fix it. All they did was refill the car with cool air. Not to long after that, I go to turn the car on and it wont accelerate, come to find out its an issue with the battery. Prize auto fixes the issue once again by fixing the key. It began working again and starting to have the same issue 3 weeks later. Also the car began to make a really loud chirping noise, when I bring it in the manager took it to the shop for them to lift it up just to see what the issue was and if I was still able to drive on it since they couldnt fix it at the time he tells me its a minor issue in the transmission causing to parts to click together and make noise. I began driving it to work again. The next week they fix it only for the chirping noise to start the next day. I took to get inspected at *** **** and they told me it was actually a wheel bearing ( a part controlling my tire) and that I shouldnt drive on it given that it is a safety issue. I tell the dealership and they tell me to bring the car over so I did. It been there 2 days and Ive had to call each day just for there to be no update. They are now trying to imply that I did something wrong to the car, even though I have pictures of every part of it now and after it was inspected. Even asked to exchange within 30 day

I purchased a vehicle 2/23/23 and it was stolen and totaled on 3/6/23. As I was dealing with insurance, they told me the payment couldn't be issued until I signed the title. The dealership then went under me and claimed I didn't purchase the vehicle (even though I have all the paper work, attached) my insurance paid the dealership almost 14,000. All done behind my back. I would just like my down payment of $1,000 back since I never "purchased the vehicle" as they stated to my insurance. Who gets insurance on a vehicle they didn't purchase?

Around September 29th Inquired About A ****** ********** They Had, I Was Going To Purchase The Car But I Had Issues Getting Insurance So The Deal Fell Through. I Have Been Waiting Almost 3 Weeks So Far For My Down Payment That They Took Off My Card. I Keep Getting The Run Around And Have Yet To Receive My Refund. I Believe They Are Trying To Steal My Money Even Though I Did NOT Purchase A Car From Them. It Does Not Take 3 Weeks To Get A Check In The Mail. You Should Be Able To Refund It To My Car Or WRITE A Check On The Spot. I Will Eventually Get Authorities Involved If This Problem Continues.
