    This bank is a fraud. They advertise same day cashing of payroll ********* last 3 checks have been put on hold. I have worked for the same company for over 15 years. I have had accounts at this bank for even longer. This bank lies to people to put money I. ********* As soon as these check are cleared these accounts are closed. Other banks dont have this problem. They are a joke

    keep getting charged for something I don't have, and they are no help whatsoever.Subject: Unauthorized Charges for ************************** Financing/TD Bank Customer Service],I am writing to address an ongoing issue with unauthorized charges to my account. Since [September 19, 2024, and one time **** *******], I have been charged $11.99 monthly for ************* despite not having an active account with ******* since 2023. This account was not even under my name.I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I am transferred between representatives, and no one can provide a clear explanation or solution. I have been told it is a system glitch and advised to contact TD Bank, but this has not resolved the issue either. Despite assurances that the charges would be canceled, I continue to receive these charges, which have now appeared on my credit report. TD Bank I contact one rep and he was just plan rude and no help this was back in early November.I am requesting immediate action to:Cancel any unauthorized services and stop all future charges.Refund all charges made to my account since [September 19, 2024, and the one charge from **** *******].Correct any negative impact on my credit report due to these unauthorized charges.Please confirm receipt of this message and provide a resolution within 10 business days. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the matter to consumer protection agencies and seeking legal advice.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Sincerely,[**** L]

    I open a checking account with TD Bank and they flagged my account so I had to verify my account for no reason so I did some more verification. Even after that TD still close my account saying its been on $0 for too long and when I havent even had my account and card valid for 30 days. If you can get another bank DO NOT bank with TD. I HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT recommend TD Bank to do ANY service for you what so ever.

    I received a notice from the *** saying I received a 1099 and owe them over $1,000.00 I contacted the *** who was kind enough to supply me the name of the place I received the money from and it was TD Bank on Limestone in **********, DE. I called and spoke to someone who took down my information, including my social security and after several minutes came back and starting asking other questions (work there, have a loan or mortgage there, etc). I send an e-mail to the address and got a response from a ********* ****** who asked me all the same questions. I got return e-mails asking more questions and then they stopped all together. I printed out and sent every single e-mail I have from them to the *** and can only hope I don't have to pay. They need to be shut down all together.

    I paid off my auto loan 0n 12/5. On 12/13 I contacted the ****** for my title. I was told that they had no proof of payment and that I should contact TD and ask for an emergency release. I contacted ***** at customer service, who stated that your ********************** doesn't do that, and I should expect the release on 12/12. On 12/18 I checked my credit report and it stated that I still owed the money. On 12/19 I again called the ** DMV and was told that they had not received a release. I then spoke to customer service and was told that they could not help me. I asked for a supervisor and spoke to ******* at 2294. She told me the release was issued today and should expect another 72 hours before ** DMV received the release.This is total BS that their representatives can not resolve this problem 14 days after they received my money.

    **** gave me a government check from the ******************* told me it takes 6 days to clear it's been 12 days I have zero balance now and never gave me a dime I have rain coming in my house due to TD Bank not able to make my repairs told my account has zero balance and no one will help me then told my account has been closed and still have no money or the original check

    If there was an option to leave "zero" stars I would ************TD Bank is dishonest, unethical and disrespectful. I have a business account with them where fraud took place. I contacted the merchant division who submitted a case. After a month of having to call them for feedback as no one had the audacity to call me with an update, to be told they will not refund me my money because I should have called them when I saw fraud happening. First of all, my dashboard never indicated that fraud was taking place and why am I being blamed for fraud that took place which I have no control over. The fraud department NEVER sent a text or emailed me questioning unusual activities. They've failed to do the job of securing my money. I was even told by the bank assistant store manager in the ** location on ******** that it is my responsibility to check my account every day. Excuse me! What about your fraud department doing their jobs effectively. My expectations of a bank is to feel secure under FDIC God forbid something like this happened. The merchant financial department refuses to refund me my money. I have never been treated so poorly by any business and I would NEVER recommend anyone doing business with them. Now I'm left to fight for my own money back and if that's what I have to do, so be it! I will go to the top, to the news stations and report them every site.

    TD Bank closed my account on November 30, 2024. A letter was received on November 29, 2024, but the letter was written on November 15, 2024. I was advised that a check will be mailed to me, but there was no timeframe given. I have bills that cannot be paid because of this.

    We use this credit business through ****** Furniture located in *****, *****. After purchasing our furniture we have had issue after issue about using their online and automated payment services. Their website will not process payments and the business is aware of this issue. The automated service does not work either. When we call to speak with customer service they always give us the runaround about who we need to speak with and give us different numbers to call. We are always ontime with our payments with all of our other credit lenders. Since we have been using this credit service they have caused us to have multiple late payments. The business is aware of this. Today we attempted to call and resolve an issue on our account becuase now this payment issue has reflected negatively on my husband's credit score. It has caused his score to drop 120pts. This is unacceptable. When trying to contact this business I spent well over 2 hours trying to contact them. I spent over an hour on wait time after getting hung up on several times. This is not in my opinion a credible credit service. They have not been helpful in removing the negative credit reporting and I need this issue resolved immediately. This business needs to be audited and updated. They should not be offering services if they cannot provide secure customer credit ************************* and processing services. I am highly unsatisfied and implore with the BBB to help me with this issue. I do find it interesting that the physical address provided is not the same as the ** box provided in the emails they send to customers. The ** box info it lists is TD RETAIL CARD SERVICES ****************************************- 3114
