The Auburn gym ripped me off. They charge an extra $170. Over the course of the last 3 months. Called it enhancement fees. I sent certified letter to quit gym and a refund of the $170, it was picked up and ignored. Not only ignored but they took out another $35. on the 4th and closed for good on the 5th. They stole and should not be allowed to enjoy it.Review from Doug G

DO NOT GIVE THIS GYM ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION!!!! They will randomly charge fees to your account without any authorization and continue to charge you after you cancel your membership. I joined this when it was Planet Fitness in 2016 at $10/month. I have no idea what plan they put me under with this managementthe fees just keep piling up. I have never signed a contract with these people. For example; from 5/10/2023 - 7/03/2023 (only about a month and one half) I was charged: 5/10- $49.99, 5/15- $30.00, 5/30- $30.00, 6/12-$30, 6/26- $30.00, 7/3-$49.99. THATS $219.98 FOR LESS THAN 2 MONTHS!!!! I dont see that membership option on their website. And, I dont even go there anymore. I have quit but still am getting billed. Ive had to resort to contacting the fraud department of my financial institution to get this resolved. Its like the Hotel CaliforniaYou can check in, but you can never leave. There are much better options out there that wont scam you.Review from Audrey S

This gym is aweful!!!! I give it a zero. They just steal your money whenever they feel like it, they dont pay their bills or upkeep the facility. No one answers the phones or any emails that you send. The roof leaks and there are buckets of water on the floor to catch the rain. Also no hand soap or paper towels in the bathrooms. Up keep ** absolutely filthy and half the equipment is faulty. How this place is even operating and why anyone would even want to go there is beyond me. I loved this gym when it was Planet Fitness but since it became orange circut everything just when downhill for the worst.Review from Dan P

I started going to this gym in January 2020 the only reason I went was because it was **** biweekly rate and it was like less than five minute from my house. however thing have got worse. there use to be someone to greet when you walked in and helped you with questions, or to help you book appointments or whatever you needed. now there no one. there some random guy that opens the doors at 5am. he said he doesnt even work there thats sketchy. when it rains or has a storm there are buckets to catch the water on the floor. you have to change your shoes which is dumb or the guy that doesnt work there will yell at you. the payment is now ***** every two weeks and dont forget about the make up fees which are ***** dollar which feels like every month. so your paying a 100 dollars a month to go to this gym. DONT DO IT NOT WORTH IT. Now I cant cancel my membership cause no one answers the phone at both locations and tried to send a mail in request it got sent back because the address was not a valid addressReview from Judd W

I signed up w Planet Fitness like 9 years ago. Orange Circuit took over and I guess my membership transferred to OCF. Planet fitness was $10 a month.I noticed -OCF charging me 13.50thats fine. But the more I looked at my bank statement..they were charging me $49.99 monthly fees20 here.29 there. Almost $600 last year. I called and canceled and he gave me an email address to request refund from over charges. I was charged again today. Tried calling.no answer. Tried calling another location..no answer. Emails do not get delivered. Sad I have to close my checking account to take care of this.
