On Friday August 23rd, Lisbon Fuel delivered fuel to our home. When they left, there was heating oil sprayed all over our house and brand new car. I waited until Monday then called the company and spoke with the receptionist who was very polite. She asked that I send photos which I did. No long after that the owner called me. He was immediately rude to me and already had the attitude that it was not them. I told him what happened, and he instantly told me, no. That it was not from them because it would show drips marks (which it did). He was adamant that it was not caused by them. The spray marks start from where the fuel pipe attaches to our house and sprays all the way to the roof of the house then all over my car which would have been right behind the employee pumping the fuel. I have never been treated so poorly by a business owner. All I asked was to possibly have them pay for the detailing of my car. We would try and remove it from our house ourselves. He said he would come by and use some kind of cleaner to get it off my car. I said, absolutely not. I did not want him using some cleaner on my brand new car. He said, then if you don't want me coming out there, then you're on your own! We were customers of LF for over 15 years. Since they were taken over by another company there have been nothing but issues. Instead of taking accountability, he said it wasn't them and that heating oil is not red, which is not true. I hope this company doesn't treat other this way. Now I am stuck with a stained house and possibly a brand new car that is permanently stained.
