I worked for a company that used Adrian for work. So i hired him to upgrade the electrical service at my house. Below is my email exchange after.I must mention a few things about the install at my house. I am a bit disappointed that I was not listened to originally when I said you could access everything from below. I should have spoken up more, but I also thought maybe you were calling the PT on the bottom of my addition where you wanted to cut originally. When I was installing the addition, I took great care to seal up areas and then not have any open joints in flooring. This helps with structural feel and keeping cold are out. I also had marked out joist locations and screwed the 2 subfloors down so no bouncing occurred. I noticed after the electrical, joints were mismatched with direct holes to joist bays, also many screws were left out or not lined up with the joists. Draft into the addition increased greatly after the electrical work was complete, and my oil usage has increased. I can run my hands around the floor and corners and feel drafts where I did not before. Punching out the board insulation created many more places for air to flow through. There were also scraps left behind in the basement, and my wife keeps asking why the old meter was left on the house. It just feels rushed and now this summer I will likely have to completely re-insulate for next winter. This means scrapping off the spray foam, removing the **************** and reinstalling new. I understood this was not straight forward, but planning wise, it felt like mistakes were made. I had no problem with the increased cost for more labor, but I had hoped for less cutting that impacted the addition. His response I can't count the number of personal complaints i have about you and how you work so maybe we call it even. Thanks,He is referencing scope of work my company provided. He had previous blow *** with a manager/partner i replaced.Extremely unprofessional.
