    On December 20, 2023 I placed an order for some misc. parts. Order #C-DEC-65646. I was notified of order confirmation and informed that the order would take 4-6 weeks to complete. My credit card was charged for the transaction. Purchase price of the order was $231.52.Feb 10, 2024, I sent an email to Windham inquiring on the status of my order. Feb 15, 2024, I received a reply from employee ****** M telling me that it would be a "bit longer to fill the order".I waited patiently with no response. Finally, on Sept. 16, 2024, I contacted Windham by telephone. I spoke with CS Manager **** *. I furnished her the order information and she stated that there was no record of that order. She then stated she would research and get back to me. A short time later I received an email where she stated that the order had been cancelled, but a refund was not issued. Ms * stated she would process a check refund since too much time had elapsed for a credit to be given to my **** card.Two weeks passed with no receipt of refund. I called Windham and spoke with **** * again. I inquired if my refund had been processed. She stated it had not. I requested that it be issued. October 4, 2024 and I still have not received a refund. I have all emails and a PDF copy of original order invoice if needed.Any help the BBB can furnish would be appreciated.Thank You ******* **********

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
