            We had several conversations with the sales people and the regional manager about the time frame to get the cart delivered. We were told that it would take about six weeks. We signed the loan forms on 07/26/2023 and gave a $3,000.00 deposit. We financed the rest of the cart with their inhouse financing. Are first payment was due 09/25/2023, we had to call and ask for it to pushed out due not receiving the cart. It is now 10/3/2023, we still have not received a cart. We have had several exchanges through text, email and phone asking how long till the cart will be here, if they could send us pictures of the cart. They told us they have no pictures to send us and let us know the cart was still in production. We then called customer service, they told us that there was an issue with getting the rims for the cart and that was the hold up. We then received a message saying that they are going to upgrade the rims for free. A week later we called the salesman ***** and ******* for another update. Told us that the cart will be shipped to ***** the week of, 09/25/2023. Still no cart. Since then, we have been told that it has the original rims on it, not the upgraded ones. I have also sent emails asking about delivery and how the process works, I received one email back saying that it was going to be delivered to the wrong town. I called customer service today and expressed my frustration with the whole process. Let them know that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and they said that was the best thing I should do.We would like to either come up with a plan to cancel the whole and get are money back or not take delivery of the cart till spring, once we receive the cart start the loan payments.
