Ordered 6 kits, only received 2. I have been emailing the company 5 times with no reply. No phone number available on their website. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Sad this is still in business without warnings.Review from Paula E.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order on Dec. 31, 2023 and still waiting for it almost 2 months later. They took the money out of my account but I can't get in touch to have them put it back. I feel like I've been either scammed or swindled.I wonder if this is really a business???Review from KAREN W

I purchased 2 cross stitch kits on Jan 4, **** and both items arrived in Northern ** ****** today, Jan 17, ****. The company never did send me an email with a tracking number, nor did they confirm via email the items were shipped but they arrived today!! I had been searching for years for these items, and only found one on **** at a ridiculous price of $150 while I paid $76 for 2 kits with Cross Stitch Warehouse !! Will definitely order again, as long as I know to be patient, the items do arrive!!!Review from Oksana A

I am not sure if this is legitimate business.I have placed one order a week ago and I did not receive any order confirmation nor shipment, but my money were taken from my bank account. This business does not have any contact information on their website so you can not even ask them about the status of the order. I can not ask for a refund because there is no such option at their return items page.I tried to use both email options listed here at BBB - but those emails are not working, I am getting an error that it can not be sent, so I assume there is no valid emails either. I tried to use phone number provided here at BBB but that phone is also not valid.I also tried to contact them through Pinterest - but I got no answer.I am going to call my bank to see if they can reverse the withdrawal without penalizing me.Stay away from this business.
