Professional, knowledgeable and courteous group of folks. They delivered on what they promised and cleaned up the property nicely after the completion of the job. Would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for a good tree service company at a reasonable price.Review from Patrick F

Great service under challenging conditions and a tight schedule. Two dying trees were removed, both which had large limbs overhanging water. Extra pruning was done in a profession manner.My wife and I highly recommend ************** and their family. Thanks ******* FReview from Mandy S

Kimball and Sons were great! They came out and gave an estimate and time. Did the job safely and professionally. Cleaned the extra left from the branches. It was just like there were no trees there. If you need trees cut, pruned, or removed, this is your team!Review from Pam and/or Steve F

I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to.Shame on us for paying for the complete job the day they took eight trees down 10/7/21. They didn't have time to clean up the mess and said they would be back to finish the job. Another company came to grind most of the stumps but left all the grindings. They couldn't get 3 of the stumps because there were logs in the way. On 11/9, I sent a text to Kimball's asking if they had forgotten about us. He replied that they would be back that day to get the wood but not the ***** grindings. When I asked why, he replied, 'We never do because it's a pain and the shavings are hard to get rid of." Their contract clearly states "all wood chips removed from property". They did come that day and picked up the logs but left a lot of other debris. (I have pictures for anyone who's interested.) He was angry because I sent my text so early in the morning and actually said he didn't care if we made a complaint. He said he had heard from the ***** grinder the day before and that he was planning to grind the rest of the stumps the following week. That never happened. I sent Kimball another text on 12/15 to let him know about the stumps and the rest of the debris and requested a call back. We still haven't heard from him.Would we recommend Kimball's and Sons? Absolutely not!!!
