    I placed an order on 11/21/23 for $1,532.47 worth of marine parts for my boat. On March 28, 2024, I returned part of my order as allowed within their 6 month return policy. I emailed the company at their customer service email and emailed their CEO, *********************, with whom I have had multiple email exchanges about my boat in the past. I emailed the company on February 3, 2024 about the process for returning the parts, and again on March 1, 2024 and May 25, 2024 and May 31, 2024. I left messages on the company phone number on 5 occasions in May. I have never received an email or a call back about this issue. I have always received a quick response when I had a question about purchasing items from the company or had a question about my boat. I am not sure what else to do to get them to respond to my emails and phone calls and return the over $1,000 they owe me for the returned parts. Thanks for anything you can do to facilitate a response from this company.Thank you,*******************

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Prior to submitting my complaint to BBB, I emailed them repeatedly and left at least 3 voicemail messages. They have not returned any of my emails or voicemail messages regarding this complaint.
