Detail of the problem.1. date of transaction: 11/29/21 2. Peak performance company installed a new gutters to our duplex with a new Kguard leaf free gutter system to prevent gutters clog and water overflow.3. I contacted the owner or manager ****** several times. He sent one of his worker to see the problem but the worker refused to listen to me when I was explaining the problem. he walked away! This is not a good customer service. Summer time came and we could not simulate the problem because it happens only when it rain lot. Now that we are having raining days during the day time Mr ****** has not tried to reach out to me.Main problem is when it rains heavily the gutters are leaking on the side and the water coming from the roof does not go into the gutters , instead it overflows to the ground. This issue causes water to flood to the backyard and front of the property! 4. I want the gutter leaks and the water overflow issue fix before the raining season/winter starts!Invoice # **** work done at *********************************************************

Hello we have talked to ***** about this situation. The water is coming from the landscape around the property. I have tried several times to communicate with ***** and personally come out to show him. Again we will come out to look at the situation and take care or if in fact it is a gutter issue. Thanks for your time
