            I bought a $96,124 rig from the owner of Trash Bin Cleaners Direct, paid in full, had some problems in which he did correct. I placed a $48,082.00 deposit on a second unit. With the first unit issues, I requested the owner to refund me for the second unit until we made sure all problems with the first unit was resolved and we had some time to run the machine. He skirted around that request and tried to convince me to let him look at other options. He was having lots of issues with the pressure washer units on his rigs. I continued to ask the owner to just refund me for the second unit until we had some time with the first rig to insure all was well and he had time to resolve his issues with the pressure washer units. He continued to skirt around the request and tried offer additional solutions. I had guys in training, paying them weekly to work in other companies, trying to keep them on board but they eventually got discouraged in the long wait and left. I reached out to the owner of Trash Bin Cleaners Direct, again expressing my concerns with the time and just wanted my $48,082.00 deposit back, less the wrapping fee which he could keep. Again, denying my request and continuing to put me off, saying he has a 50% restocking fee. I never took possession of the second rig so I am told it is not legal to charge a restocking fee on an item that has not been received. Then he tried to say I special ordered a special unit but advertising the rig as a stock item that he offers to everyone all the time. I never ordered a special unit, I made suggestions to help him with the problems he was having with his pressure washer units because I own a heavy construction equipment dealership and equipment rental stores. I deal with things of this nature all the time and simply made suggestion to him, never requested anything but refunds for the second rig. He still has my $48,082.00 and the rig in which my bank has a *** filing on because it is financed.
