Terrible company, terrible communication, and the owner just makes empty promises to you and does not follow through on any. Owner himself no-showed me twice when he wanted to come look at the garbage job they did on my porch. When he did actually show up, he tried to convince me the work was great and he sees no issue with it. Yet, by the end of the conversation (all recorded on my ring camera), he offered to come back and make it righttry a skim coat or chemical wash. He then sent out 1 guy who replaced the step (step was never an issue) and filled in only half of the threshold cement, which was never anything they were hired for, and even with that they did a half-ass job on. He made promises they would come back and try to rectify all the pop holes and horrible discoloration of the cement. Neither of those two promises was kept or even attempted by the company. After nearly 7 months of back and forth, empty promises, and several messages that went unanswered, Im still stuck with this garbage cement porch. Avoid this company, believe all the negative reviews mentioning how the owner tries to intimidate people when they bring up shoddy work, makes empty promises, and then just stops responding. They are nothing more than a company that tries to do it all but has mastered no trade or skill. No doubt they will try and comment how its all my fault, like they do with other reviews, but if youre thinking of hiring them, feel free to message me if you have any more questions or want to hear the empty promises by the owner I have on video. Dont believe anything from any employee's mouth here, even the office staff and especially the owner.

***** sounds like you had a terrible day and now you want to take out on Allpoint. We pull permits with the citys so work can be inspected by third party. To clarify we poured a new porch cap and installed a new precast step over a year ago. Step was replaced no questions asked (due to a wet look), your porch cap passed Allpoint inspection and also City inspection.

Garage siding installed by Allpoint. Courteous and skilled crew. Project completed to agreed upon details at a very competitive price. Would consider Allpoint for my next project without hesitation.

I was told I would get a discount for all the problems that were caused at my house. My flower beds were ruined, Debris all over the yard, ect. The external water reader was removed and thrown away, and my yard has ruts in it. It has been since February and the lawn is still being promised to be fixed. The salesman did what he could, but it did not seem he had much help. According to several others in the business, it took weeks too long to finish.

***** sorry for timeframes we did work in February, you never know what weather is going to do in ******** middle of February. We came out replaced mulch and did final sweeps of yard. If you need anything we are a phone call away.
