    Ally wouldn't ever work with you on your loan. Cant stand this company hope they go out of business. I was making payment and they had my vehicle repo without notice... let my wife stranded.. now they can have the car and will never see another dime fr me.

    On December 23rd I called Ally financial to make a payment that my app was asking for that they asked for I got sent over to the third party and made the payment that was asked for 3 days later I go in and look at my app there was my account showing it was completely current with no late fees nothing I was happy yesterday I go to make my next monthly payment because of due on February 11th and now it's asking for a little over $1,000 because of the $500 in late fees and the $500 monthly but where did that late fee come from when 3 days after I made my payment there was none there but but then they go and do whatever they do to it but then this last month and add another $500 late fee in there

    This place is honestly terrible. Can't lower apr can't lower monthly payment and on top of that they say I've barley paid anything in 2 years when my payment is 474 a months. ***

    Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could leave a zero I would. My car was stolen before Christmas, found less then a week later. Insurance totaled it out. They mailed ally my Gap payment for the remaining amount on my loan January 3rd. The insurance paid more then the amount owed for the car so I have an overage payment that I have been waiting to receive. It has been almost a month. Today is January 30th, every time I've called to see where we are in the process they have told me different things, different time frames. Understand, I have made every single payment on time for 4 years. If I had missed a payment, even once, they would hound and harass me. But all I keep getting told is that I have to wait. The first time I called and asked for a supervisor, I was told that it would be 30+ days, when asked if there was anything we could do to speed up the process she told me once every was processed that they could overnight the check to me, she would "make a note in the file". The next time I called, I was told it takes ten days to process the payment then 30+ days plus the time to mail the check which is another 7-14 days. I called today, as it has now been almost 30 days, the supervisor hung on me the first time without response. When I called back they tried to tell me they just received the payment yesterday and it takes up to 10 days to process then they will send the check. This means I could be almost another month before I receive MY money. I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and didn't anyone that could give me a straight answer. I extremely upset and at this point thinking about contacting a lawyer to see if that may help speed up the process. I also repeatedly asked to be able to leave a service review, through their phone system so the company can know how these interact have gone. Every time, they hung up on me before I can do the survey.

    Worst freaking place EVER. Save yourself the headache'S!! Their online system (the only option for payments other than mail and also the only way to communicate with them) it sucks!! What the h*** kind of business takes over a week to process payments?? They take out payments MULTIPLE times They lie about late fees and where they're coming from.They make/end agreements on a whim. The **** customer service **** are all from somewhere that don't speak English. I'm tempted to get a lawyer. I want to make it a class action because I KNOW I'm not the only one they're robbing. Ally financial - AVOID AT ALL COSTS TOTAL S*** SHOW **********

    Bad customer service. I had my bank to mail my payment to Ally. Which it was sent to the incorrect with them. I honestly had to call them and inform the payment was there just on a old closed account. The agent corrected that issue of moving the payment but he then applied to another account that I have. This account was not mentioned on call nothing pertaining to this account was verified. Everything was verified for the current account make model address, mind you several times. So now the mistake I made was corrected and the funds was moved on that call. But the mistake Ally made, their employee is taking a week to even get me a status. This is 1100.00 that the employee of Ally that I had to repeat and ask for them to repeat themselves several times, while being on hold several times made. And it can't be corrected on the phone again. I have called and no status update can be given all I get is check back in 24-48 hours. This happened 1/17/2025.I called back within a hour and informed them and now it's a hold and wait game..... one agent even told me I need to ensure my payments are made out correctly

    Ally has taken payments that were not the full amount and then charged me a repayment fee, on top of claiming to have refunded the funds back to my account. But how do you return the funds and still retry the payments? I have made a note to send$300 and there was only $295 November 19,2024 in my account which they took and on November 21,2024 of a few days later when I deposited more funds into my account they withdrew the $300 dollars again taking a total of $595.00 in 2 days then claiming to have returned the funds which never happened, I have proof. I screenshot my chat session and screenshot my bank account.No funds have ever been returned meaning they will take whatever amount is sent.They put my account 60 days pass due because of a balance of $12.77 and did not tell me until I looked . They add amounts to the account before it is even due claiming that the balance is correct. Also I have proof that Ally has removed payment dates and realigned them for the sole purpose of making the account look delinquent . Finally each one of the customer service reps have I have had the displeasure of speaking to has been rude and misinformed making countless mistakes in regards to balance and notes . They made it so I could notmake payments online due to the fact that I brought these issues to their attention and had to mail in payments until January 2025.

    Ally Auto Financial is a predatory auto finance company. Near the very end of my payments they are charging almost ****** late fees. In addition they send notifications and list your payments are late more than 10 days before the due date. They are a harrassing company, their business practices are unscrupulous, and non of the representatives are hear in ******* or speak proper English. In closing they have an app, and will block you from see your account info

    Absolute trash customer service. I reported a customer service issue to them and they never responded. After two months, they sent me a letter basically stating that I was stupid and their customer service is not bad. Wow!
